I'm very glad I had dinner in the restaurant there! Not only was the food delicious, but my waiter and the kitchen staff were so welcoming and friendly! When I told the waiter that the soup was delicious, he took me to the kitchen to tell the cook directly, who then sang me a little song.

Breakfast was very poor, same every day. There were no vegetables, no eggs. Perhaps that is the classic Italian breakfast. The difference between equivalent rooms without breakfast in other hotels was very significant in terms of money. So paying twice as much with breakfast was disappointing. A four-person room was reserved, which in real life did not correspond to the pictures posted on the booking platform. I booked rooms by checking the pictures to see exactly what my room would look like, but in real life it didn't match the posted pictures. In my opinion, it is not fair to take pictures of the most beautiful room, but in real life offer another one that does not correspond to the one booked. 1000 euros for 4 nights is not an adequate price for such a room. The fact that the room did not correspond to the one reserved. The pictures are much prettier than they were in real life. The quality of the room does not match the price. For 1000 euros for 4 days, I expected more comfort, I wanted to enjoy my vacation, but I felt like I was in a student dormitory

Nice and wonderful place. Easy to find, convenient parking. I am very grateful to the staff for the service. Weak soundproofing.

A clean and friendly place to stay with secure bike storage. In an ideal location for cycling routes around Bormio, including Passo Stelvio. The view from the sauna was stunning.

Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food. Really good accommodation for those travelling for sports (cycling/skiing) with a dedicated room for equipment which is secure and only accessible with room card.

I would have expected a more extensive buffet selection There was linited healthy options. There were limited vegetarian choices or hot options. The breakfast was very white carbohydrate based The room was comfortable. However the hotel was on a main road and very noisy when trying to sleep. Traffic continued after midnight and started again at 5am. The rooms were unbearably hot

The rooms were clean and a decent size. The shower was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There was bike storage available. No kettle in the room. No air con. The bike storage was a little busy and disorganised. Breakfast was well stocked, but a little basic and repetitive.

Didn't have breakfast in the hotel Room was super good.. only down part is both me and my husband we are very tall and we kept bumping our heads on the door frame and head board next to the bed Maybe a warning sign or something to alert us whenever we are near the area
