The views are incredible and the hotel as a whole is well built and comfortable. The bed is nice and the room pleasant in its essentials. The bathroom in particular and to some extent the room in general had a moldy or mildew smell that was quite unpleasant.

The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good and they made coffee and scrambled eggs on request!

Great Location, 500mt from city center Brand new 3-star hotel with all the facilities and great breakfast. No elevator but plenty of parking in the street and paid garage. Recommended for skiers and Termal baths tourism No elevator, small room but new

Fantastic and very helpful staff very comfortable rooms, proximity to Bormio therms (the hotel provides 20% discount for thermes, by the way). It was a pleasure to spend holidays there! Not a complaint, but rather a wish to have a bit more diverse breakfast, although it is still very good!

The hotel is perfectly decent without being anything special. But what makes it a true gem deserving of that 10.0 score are 3 things: 1) the owner and staff are as friendly as it gets; 2) the half-board dinners were as yummy as they were giant; 3) the bike room (most people seem to go there for biking) got a proper high security door worthy the exquisite bikes of some of the guests, which might not seem important to other guests, but is really giving you peace of mind if you got a nice ride that you don't want to worry about Absolutely nothing, everything had been excellent

Breakfast was basic but OK. Friendly staff. Room had a great view. Bed was comfy. Good location. lack of power sockets in the room. Only 1 socket that would accept the standard european 2 pin pug. The only useable socket was by the door on the bedside table requiring a long extension to charge my laptop on the desk, which was situated 6 feet away on the far side of the room - small room. The desk chair was very uncomfortable. Make sure you read the facilities and take them at face value. When it says 'socket near your bed'..that is the only socket and nowhere near the desk where you might need it. Barking dog was annoyingly loud, but as I ride a motorbike, am not really in a position to critisize.
