The Westin Copley Place, Boston, a Marriott Hotel

The breakfast has been revamped over the years and during this recent visit, I felt like I would gain 10 pounds fro. The amount of food I ate. They have added new dishes and drinks to complement the tried and true staples and they are delicious. They also vary the foods daily so breakfast is never boring. I do on occasion eat dinner there and it is very good, but I love to go out to try different restaurants. After you have eaten all this great food, there is a great gym to work off the calories. There is a good variety of exercise equipment and the space is never crowded. This is what makes a hotel:great service, great staff, great food, the proximity to transportation, points of interest and the best views from the rooms. I am willing to guarantee you will never regret your stay at the Westin.

We have stayed at the Westin a number of times . It's consistently a great experience. Clean room , spacious , great staff , great restaurants on property and excellent access to Copley and The Pru for retail and dining and totally walkable to the rest of Back Bay . Another plus the orange and green lines are very close by as well Easy to get to the Sox game or just about anywhere else .

Staff was fantastic and room was very comfortable. Also, being in such a great location with a mall connected is amazing. Would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. Great location. Be sure to take advantage of all benefits of the “Destination Fee” that they charge each day. We were able to get wifi access, 2 tickets to View Boston observation deck at the Prudential building, two tickets to tour Trinity Church, and a $20 per day credit at the convenience store on property as part of the “Destination Fee” benefits.

Room was generally clean, but the housekeeping staff could do a better job. They didn not vacuum the place on a daily basis, and we stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast served daily here is top-notch - includes sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, croissants, fresh fruits, cereals and fresh coffee to name a few. The breakfast dining hall can get crowded, but cycles through quite quickly.

This is an amazing Hotel with an amazing staff. Everyone from the valet attendant that worked there 29 years to the bellman to the bartenders at Bar10 they were just so on point and made us feel so comfortable with everything at the hotel.It was a Birthday weekend and they even upgraded our room to make it extra special.If I could given this property a 10 I would of. Stayed there over 50 times in the late 90's and they have not skipped a beat.Thank you for making this weekend one to remember.

Staff was extraordinary. Rooms were delightful.

Hotel and staff were pretty good aside from the view issues showing the hotels age and poor upkeep. Our shower doors wouldn’t stay closed while showering so that led to a disaster in the bathroom. Additionally I used the valet and on site parking service during my stay which was convenient. However upon checkout at my first stop I noticed they banged my car up, pretty badly in the front corner, typical tight corner scrap in the front drivers side corner. It happens, not the end of the world, but considering the amount of tip I left the valet I was disappointed they didn’t tell me about it.
