The location great. Easy access. The cleanest motel i've ever experienced! Great value for the cost.

We really liked this place. The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. The decor in the room was very cute too.

we got there late and the staff was up and sitting outside the office and super friendly! we felt so welcomed after a long trip!

Loved the location and satisfied with the room. When showering, the water had a slow drain. But, overall, all was super great.

Late flight arrival; late check-in was handled seamlessly, kindly and professionally. Clean room, great shower pressure, comfortable bed and quiet! Small table for two to eat or work from laptop at. Plenty of lighting and hanging space in closet for clothes. Clean single serve coffee maker with 4 packets of coffee. Great location; you can walk to nearby restaurants and shops! No exhaust fan in bathroom; window can be opened.

I enjoyed the retro approach to the hotel and the rooms. The amenities were modern with a retro feel! I appreciate having a long parking area so pulling a trailer and parking was easy. The same would be if you had an RV. I walked to the Fox BBQ for a great dinner. Fox BBQ was only open to 9:00. The USB ports did not work on the lights on both nightstands.

This hotel is so cute. My room was remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is next door to a great diner and within walking distance of the rest of downtown. Traveling alone, I felt very safe here.

I loved the location, about 15 minutes to the Hoover Dam. The room was really nice. I love these little motor inns and this one has been completely renovated. The room was clean and even as a woman traveling alone, I feel safe staying here. There was adequate lighting outside and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at The Sands Motel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.
