Sam and his family were very welcoming and helpful. They provided secure storage for our bikes overnight and even offered to help with bringing them to the garage. A most gracious host family! We enjoyed our stay.

Love the owners ... they are so helpful and friendly! Also, we like to stay here when we bike the trails. Acess to the trails is easy and it is so nice to have the locked and secured shed on the property put our bikes and charge them if needed.

Sam, the owner of the property made us feel very welcomed. He remembered every persons name in our group. They are very hospitable! He provided excellent recommendations on places to eat. I would highly recommend this location if you are planning to stay in Boulder Junction.

The property is in very nice shape and the people there are wonderful. The nicest checkin experience and most helpful people we have experienced at a hotel. Great place to stay!

Ideally situated by the bike trail, with warm and caring hosts. Rooms maintained a comfortable temperature. Congenial guests mingle in the front room common area. Clean. Lots of useful visitor information for the area. Bright light in the backyard at night is rather harsh. Totally washes out the evening sky. Hard boiled eggs run out too early during the breakfast period. Can't personally make a coffee in the evening, but gracious host made a half pot for us.
