The location was perfect for the rugby league at Jean Bouin stadium. Also perfect for the metro to go sightseeing. Lovely area with some really nice patisseries and restaurants. Lots of supermarkets close by. It was small and basic but enough for a short stay

Very good location, a safe area, and very polite staff who fulfilled all my requests and even helped out after hours when I forgot my keys in the room? And it was really cute to get a little Christmas gift on Christmas Eve. It was quite noisy outside and sometimes inside, but nothing with a hotel, just a popular Korean restaurant on the opposite side of the street and the poor sound isolation of the old building. Just keep it in mind if you're sensitive to it.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious for the three of us. The area was great with lots of food options and easy access into Paris. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed staying there.

Room was clean and bathroom was sufficiently spacious. The hotel was close to the metro station which was convenient. In the neighborhood there were plenty restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. we arrived before 15.00h but could not enter the hotel to leave our luggage as they only open as of 15.00h, this was inconvenient as we were arriving early and had to wait for 2 hours.

Amazing quality for the price. Clean, well equipped with kitchen, kettle, a good desk, and bed. Nice design, a good specious bath room, friendly staff, good amenity. And it is not far from Metro station. Marcel Samba station, Line 9 is 3 min walk away. Nothing for this time. When I stayed the price was reasonable(winter) but it seems that the price can be a lot higher dipending on the season.
