Proximity to Roland Garros was ideal Sofa bed was very soft as a settee and very basic as a bed. Would have liked a toaster in kitchen area. A lot of noise at 5-6am from businesses opposite apartments.

Convenient location. Close to metro. Nice staff. Bed was very comfy. Overall room set up was good. (my fault) i accidentally booked the Supreme room. The room was a little sparse for space for belongings and no sitting space outside of the bed. Again, my fault as I booked without understanding the room differences. Supreme room would normally have been perfect for my needs if traveling for liesure but for the long stay next time I would book the next size up.

The location was very convenient for me and well connected to the city center. The apartment was very well organized and new. I didn't like very much the attitude of the person in charge to do the check-in and it wasn't very clear the fact that we had to give a warranty of 200 euro.

the apartment is modern, clean and very functional. for us, the location was perfect there was Netflix and YouTube on the TV there were no English channels on the TV. there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. by puse chance, our room was the only one in the building that had a safe. there should be a safe in every room

Staff were friendly, plenty of shops within walking distance and 10 min walk to metro Shower drain was broken also tiles were very slippery when wet and it’s a wet room so no shower screen wasn’t ideal with a small child, air conditioning not working and was un safe to have window open as it was on the ground floor so too hot to sleep, was given a fan but didn’t help, curtains were poorly fitted so let a lot of light in, one rail for clothes storage with three coat hangers not appropriate for four people, dining table very damaged with cuts and rips all over the top of it, when we pointed it out the reception guy said yeah sorry about that, also only had three chairs there was four of us, sofa bed very uncomfortable, kitchenette light switches on and off every time the tv remote was pressed, hard to communicate as only one member of staff spoke good English, room was opposite communal toilet so was noisy at night. We did ask for a different room but was told they were fully booked

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the wc-flusch war partially broken. And the washingmaschine leaked. We told the staff - they were nice and understanding and did nothing.
