La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bowling Green

While the lobby seemed updated, cleaned, and well maintained, the rest of the facility could not be more opposite of that. Our room was tidy but disgusting. It smelled of mildew and mold. The bathroom smelled like dirty laundry. The surfaces were dusty and fingerprinted. The AC hardly cooled the room and made horrendous sounds.

Clean room, nice breakfast, great AC, friendly staff, family friendly.

Staff here are so friendly. The place feels very safe the room was clean just a bit run down. But the price was fitting. Still satisfied, not unhappy.

Staff was very helpful! My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and they provided us all new bedding very quickly. The room was updated and beautiful. Will definitely stay at this location again! Breakfast was very well attended too also!

I left a gift bag to be given to the guest at check in . This did not happen. She had to ask for it the next day after I told her she should have already received it.

Easy access off of interstate. Front desk check in fast and efficient. Desk clerk very friendly. Hotel and hotel room very clean. Good breakfast.

Needs serious update and bug extermination treatment. Bugs were on the nightstand.

Front staff was excellent. There were some questionable stains in the bed and when I showed them pictures were quickly taken to show housekeeping and then I was given new bedding.

Good stop for the night while traveling

The room was good. Check in was ok. Breakfast was a disappointment. Broken waffle machine. Poor bread selection. Only hoops as cereal, one container of which was empty and the other nearly empty. The eggs were empty til we asked for more. The staff member used bear hands to fill bread container, no gloves, then proceeded to empty the bins pushing rubbish down with bear hands then went back to food duties. He began removing breakfast items at 8.50am. breakfast is supposed to be until 9am. Sausages were stone cold. No danish pastries. Only banana & nut muffins. No good if nut allergy. Swimming pool out of use. A disgusting colour, chairs piled high. Gate chained. Poor compared to other la Quinta we have stayed in.
