Checked in and unpacked and the shower had black hairs all over the floor. Front desk said they couldn’t anything because I booked through a 3rd party. Got to a new room and there was soap all over the shower walls and the toilet had old rings in it and was dirty. Went to check out and told the guy and all he said was okay. They told me a GM would call me but it’s been 3 days and nothing. I won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options. The room was clean. The shower leaks pretty bad. This is due to design flaw. The room also felt a little damp.

The staff was very nice and very friendly. The room was clean but VERY DIRTY! The floor was dirty. There was hair all over the sink and shower! It was very gross. There were stains on the sheets. The pool was very cloudy. The area around the pool was dirty and stuff all around it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We found our ADA room with Roll In shower to be perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space to maneuver our daughter’s wheelchair around the room. The bathroom was large and we were able to maneuver the shower chair in there as well.
