Cleaned and Breakfast Bar Pillows were really soft

No issues, as advertised.

Exceptional

It was a clean and simple hotel. We were traveling with kids so the play area in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. We loved spending time there.

Traveling, 1 overnight stay, after check-in found room filthy, immediately communicated problem to front desk & hotel text message, told they were sold out, returned to room quickly tried to find alternative accommodations, but nothing nearby available, so we both began cleaning hotel room. When almost done cleaning room the front desk check-in text offered us a change in rooms, exhausted & exasperated we declined because why would the new room be cleaner than the filthy room we just cleaned? Please see attached photos. We requested contact from management 2 different times and to date no contact.

Ms. P was such a sweet lady at breakfast, loved our interaction with her. She was very helpful.

I've been in a lot of tru hotels but this was the worse room I ever seen the furniture was mix match the shade wouldn't open...the room was nothing like the rooms of other tru hotels, probably won't use them again in that city

The lady running the front desk was unpleasant while checking in. Came off as really rude and not friendly. AC couldn’t really keep up in the room. Had it set on 62 and never got below 71 in the room. Shower pooled all over the bathroom floor even with the door completely closed. Towels were clean. Bed was clean but not very comfy. TV was nice. Would I stay here again? Yeah I would.

The staff were amazing. When I was checking out, no one was at the desk. Everyone was outside smoking. There were about 7-8 employees and out there smoking. I waited about 10 mins, then I went to get someone.

Nice

Checked in and unpacked and the shower had black hairs all over the floor. Front desk said they couldn’t anything because I booked through a 3rd party. Got to a new room and there was soap all over the shower walls and the toilet had old rings in it and was dirty. Went to check out and told the guy and all he said was okay. They told me a GM would call me but it’s been 3 days and nothing. I won’t be staying here again.

Breakfast was lacking assortments

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options. The room was clean. The shower leaks pretty bad. This is due to design flaw. The room also felt a little damp.

Great hotel, clean room, excellent staff, open space for games and hang out

The staff was very nice and very friendly. The room was clean but VERY DIRTY! The floor was dirty. There was hair all over the sink and shower! It was very gross. There were stains on the sheets. The pool was very cloudy. The area around the pool was dirty and stuff all around it.
