From the first moment I checked in I was treated like Royalty. The Chalet Edelweiss was a beautiful suite overlooking the ski slopes The Shower was huge with two heads plenty of hot water. The bed was like sleeping on a Cloud. The Coffee was high grade A very quiet room . I enjoyed the S’mores night by the fire

It seemed like people kept trying to enter our room randomly. If I didn’t have both locks, they would have entered.

My sisters and I had birthday weekend at this resort. We truly were impressed with accommodations and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous and lot of things to do on site. We would definitely come back . Great trip.

I chose rooms in the main Lodge and found out that Booking .com has fine print that says , they can give you any room they want. I also reserved rooms with 2 queen beds in each and they gave us rooms with 1 bed so we had to have them bring blow up mattresses that leaked. The facility they put us in was on 3rd floor with no elevators and we had babies with strollers so that was a major pain!! This is why we chose and paid for the main lodge as we knew the facility. We did not get what we paid for , very deceptive !!

We will defiantly be back! There are truly not enough good things to say about Boyne Mountain Resort. Beautiful resort, view. Plenty to do for EVERYONE. Waterpark on grounds. Close to many lakes. You will not be disappointed!!

We had a few problems when it came to dining. We wanted to eat outside of the pizzeria the first night. We couldn’t sit outside because the server was overwhelmed so we had to sit at the bar. It took 10-15 minutes for anyone to take our drink order even though we were the only ones at the bar. The second night we wanted to eat at the Beachhouse restaurant since the resort advertised live music. We were turned away due to availability even though the entire restaurant, inside and out, was empty.

Needed updates to the decor. Room looked dated for the cost.

Room was antiquated. Bathroom very small and tight. Toilet was practically on the ground and no side railing to help you up. Not very accommodating for a large person. Shower nozzle had mold on it. Needed to be replaced!!

We did have a little hickup but the staff solved our issue without a second thought, means a lot that they actually care about their guests and didn't have to hassle. 10/10 recommend staying there!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved that the room had a microwave in it. Take the golf cart tour or the chair lift up both show you the beauty of the grounds! Everything closes so early. The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant in the hotel was not good

This was a great place to stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the lifts and pools and clean rooms. The restaurants were not the greatest for the price, but it is just a quick drive to Boyne City or Petoskey. Overall a great find!
