Nova Inn Resort

Very good hotel. Clean rooms. Very nice front desk staff.

This is a basic hotel but is extremely clean and comfortable. The extra large shower was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was construction nearby but didn’t disturb us at all. We would definitely stay there again.

3 month stay in 2 bedroom suite which was spacious well equipped and very clean. Housekeeping mgmt, Trina and Unari, were exceptional! Never a hesitation for any request. Majority of staff were extremely friendly kind and ready to assist. We did not utilize amenities that were already included in room price, yet we were charged a $10.00/day resort fee for same amenities, and staff could not explain management decision for charge. WiFi and cable were a little unstable, but staff was quick to assess issue and get it back up. FYI for 4 legged guest, Jaycee Park is a 2 minute walk with small and large enclosed dog parks. This was great for our pups to get out and stretch their legs without restriction of leash.

Our room overlooked the pool which was nice They charged me a $75 deposit and I did not get it back and have called repeatedly with no luck so I emailed them and they replied I got it back which is a lie! I did not receive it back

Clean room , no kitchen in this unit at least , no unwind area in this room. Ice machine is at front desk. Idk. WiFi is hit or miss. Mainly miss

However, I was disappointed with our experience on the first night. We arrived from California around 12:30 a.m., and unfortunately the front desk staff member did not offer any assistance. Since there were no rooms available, we had to call an Uber and go from hotel to hotel late at night looking for a place to stay. At another hotel, even though they also had no available rooms, the staff kindly invited us to sit in the lobby while we searched for another hotel and even offered us coffee. That small act of kindness made a big difference. For future guests, especially women arriving alone or late at night, I hope your staff can offer a little more support and hospitality, even if no rooms are available. A simple gesture such as offering a place to sit while arranging other accommodations would be greatly appreciated.
