Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .

The room was clean and comfortable, but it had a strong bleach smell.

I recommend adding a microwave and a beach umbrella, and getting the room's air conditioning serviced; it's very noisy.Everything else was excellent, the cleanliness and the staff.

Price Loudest air conditioner ever. Made huge noises in both rooms I stayed in 24/7. Also lots of raccoons.

Several issues and no phone numbers listed were correct to get ahold of anyone for help. Water leaking from ac unit down the wall dripping on the floor no way to contact anyone for help- the contact number listed kept going to a Bali hai resort not captains quarters. White couch had dirty stains, no toilet paper holder. No water for the coffee maker and no ice machine when there was an ice bucket. The one little black end table was broken, blinds in main room were broken. When I got a text asking about our stay and I explained this and no response back. Zero silverware or paper cups. Garbage on the ground, no maintenance & no way to get extra towels if needed. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Very responsive staff. 10/10 rooms & amenities. Will be staying again in the future!

Room was very clean & nice but lacking as far as having plates/ silverware or access to ice etc as it’s a separate sort of cottage which wasn’t clear on the booking site

The pool was amazing! Room was clean and well decorated. Would have preferred to be closer to the beach.

Convenient to beach and Bridge St. Pier with restaurants, shopping and ferry boat. Clean & comfortable. Good price! Once we were able to communicate our 2 minor issues, staff was there immediately to take care of things. No microwave. Very hard to contact by phone when 2 issues arose. We had to call a sister property and they transferred our message by email. Once the staff received the email, they were there immediately to rectify the situation. so, our only complaint was not being able to make direct phone contact after numerous tries.

Clean, location to town & beach very good. Place was very minimalistic. Good for 2 people to stay no more. AC leaked and maintenance came immediately. Private pool but it needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Price way too expensive for what you get. No closet to hang clothes. No kitchen sink even to get water. No toaster or microwave. AC leaked all over my suitcase. Basically small living area, nice bathroom and bedroom.

Spacious, clean amazing shower. Close to the beach.

The property is clean It’s spacious and conveniently located to Bridge Street and beaches. I think the housekeeping staff could’ve done a little better job, replacing towels, and cleaning up during our stay

We had our kids sleeping in the pullout couch in the sitting area and the door had frosted glass. There was an outside light shining so brightly into the room it looked like daytime all night and our kids barely slept. It was miserable
