To make matters worse, the bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was covered in hair and leftover shaving cream from a previous guest, which was absolutely unacceptable. We also found stained towels in the room, raising even more concerns about the property’s cleanliness. What was most disappointing was the way management handled the situation. Nicole, the manager, did not handle the situation as she should have. At no point did she apologize for the major inconvenience or show any empathy for what our family was dealing with. A simple acknowledgment and sincere apology would have gone a long way. The conditions became so unbearable that we checked out a night early and forfeited part of our stay. What was supposed to be a memorable Father’s Day weekend turned into frustration and disappointment. Save your time and money! DO NOT stay here. This property is poorly maintained, unsanitary, and falls far below even basic hospitality standards. We will never return.

Looks like there was a party around the pool and the piles of trash were left by the garbage cans the whole time we were there. Rooms were fine, just the pool area.

Air conditioner did not work well and wouldn't cool below 75 degrees for the first day. We were never able to get warm water in the shower for the duration of our stay. There were gnats everywhere in the room.

Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water.

The room they gave us was 402. The air conditioning was broken, so they put in a temporary one with the window. The heat was unbearable. I don't think they should charge a family so much money to have to spend such a terrible night.

Everything Amazing location and super clean and nice room

Room was nice, Totally false advertisement. Nothing that the website sells you on is what I got, even their own staff admitted its false, I would actually like a refund , im doing a Google review. This so disappointing, I was a about 5 blocks away, no pool , definitely not beach front, really thinking about talking to an attorney this false advertisement, even when the staff says the same thing.

The room was nicely decorated but the floors felt dirty, the curtains were also too long and they were dragging on the floor and collecting dust. The outside seating area was nicely decorated but there was no privacy, you were staring directly at 6 other rooms. The check in was terrible, that may have been an Expedia problem because I could not open the email they sent me. Check in was at a whole other property and we had a hard time finding where we were actually staying. When we called customer service there were long wait times. The front desk was helpful, but the check in area was small and crowded. There was no pool in the property we stayed in, however we had access to other pools except the one on the beach! It was extremely close to the beach, but we found the water on the north island was better. We asked for a late check out but were denied, we did get to check in a little early. All in all we had a good stay but the experience could have been better.

This place never disappoints! Clean property on the inside and out and only steps away from the beach!

The room was up beyond my expectations. It was exactly what I needed for a little rest and relaxation. I highly recommend this place to an individual or a couple. Thank you for an Incredibles day.

Everything was great during our stay and we have no complaints. Just a quick note for future guests: if you need a late checkout, make sure to request it the night before.

Super clean, friendly cleaning staff super cozy. This is where we plan to stay when we come back.

The staff was so helpful, and the room was very clean. The ocean view was amazing and the room was so quiet it was easy to fall asleep. Will definitely be coming back. Oh the parking can be tight so beware

Proximity to the beach and restaurants Check in was at another property down the road but we weren’t informed of this. We only worked it out as several properties had the same design/coloured signage, different name.
