The rooms facing the back have a very unappealing view, huge gates with stop signs which looks like a prison so ask for a poolside/ pond view. It might be the time of year in Florida, but my room had many “no see” ants on the counter. The room itself was clearly renovated recently, and the a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The room and premises were well kept, staff were helpful and friendly. Also we left a bag behind and they called us !!! So nice and honest!

I was pleased, the room was great the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing. Overall a great experience for the price. Worth it!

My experience was not so good! I was yelled at in front of everyone by front desk staff (older male) and demanded that I check out right now (at around 7:30am) because of an error/miscommunication with whom I booked the hotel through. Had they not referred me to that hotel, I would not have selected it!

That it was comfortable and affordable The only problem I had , is where a customer dropped an egg and put it back into the food. And when I told the older gentleman. Instead of him handling the situation. He started cussing and telling me how he doesn’t care. Which is sad , cause that lets me know he doesn’t care what he feeds his customers for breakfast. But other than that, the other staff was friendly. They let me check in early.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast disappointing. Rating when booked was high but actual rating was lower. Room was fairly clean.
