The room was clean and well presented The parking was in a public car park outside of the hotel with no through entrance, as we were attending for a wedding we had outfits and it was pouring with rain. Reception were completely unhelpful with no options and even when asked for an umbrella said we would need to purchase one. Really disappointed with this service. We even moved our car to a different place as felt the car park was not safe.

Easy to find property was good parking was nearby and is good price comfortable bed and shower is good as well. Happy with that. Just don’t like the stuff on Reception should be more welcoming

Hotel was clean, the staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was as to be expected in a chain hotel. Food was fresh. More information on Parking would have been helpful. I wouldn't stay here again if I was staying for work. Parking was awkward and expensive.
