The accommodations were solid though on the basic side. The manager helped me find a comfortable pillow for my 5 night stay. Housekeeping was M-W-F only. Not a problem for my solitary self. Toiletries were “old school” with tiny soaps instead of pump bottles in the shower. Breakfast was simple and I bought my own stuff to keep in my fridge. The 24 hour coffee (caf and decaf) was appreciated. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my stay.

Checking in you couldn’t hear the person behind the desk because of the barrier. Also I was charged extra for my 13 year old son who came with us last minute and I had a reservation for a room with two full beds. Not happy with the front desk’s service.

Very accessible location , love browsing through the shops in town . Hotel was perfect, quiet and comfortable also enjoyed the breakfast. Would recommend it!!

The hotel appeared to be very quiet when we stayed, I'm not sure of the reason for this but wonder if it is more of a business hotel rather that regular tourist hotel. the hotel is very well connected with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast consisted of some crispy bacon, eggs, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a small selection of cereals and apples and oranges. We did find during our trip both of the Best Western hotels that we stayed at use disposable cutlery, plates and cups, this is presumably to save on labour costs, however the lack of recycling of these items was rather surprising, especially from a brand such as Best Western whom I think need to make improvments in this area.

Only stayed one night after we got there quite late. Left early the next morning! Price was fair for its location

Staff was friendly and nice.Given a chance I would come back.

Breakfast was great

Dated decor (almond shower with loud fan), dim lighting, plastic mini toiletry bottles that were only half full (and bad for the environment), no coffee maker in the room, distracted staff more concerned about watching security cameras and warning of a litany possible fines than welcoming guests and inedible breakfast (I literally poured out my coffee and drove to Starbucks instead). Would not stay here again. Will try the nearby Hyatt next time I travel here for work.

The breakfast was okay. The room was bad. We didn't have the usual array of cleansers in the shower room. They were all on the sink outside the bathroom! The shower room and toilet were separate from the sink, which makes no sense. Also, I had to upgrade one of my rooms to a room with two beds. The hotel charged me $100 for that. I think that was outrageous. There was only one person at the front desk to help people check in. And that person wasn't particularly friendly.

Great place we were here for a concert at Gillette Stadium
