I love the cabin/ condo! We were in the the 4th floor so those steps were a work out! The property was clean, peaceful and was a pretty descent space for us! We enjoyed the balcony most of and loved the fact there was a fully functioning kitchen! We will be back

Location is good, pools, view of the lake Had no wifi, dirty diapers in bedroom, chairs around table. Ceiling fans wasnt cleaned

Location was great! For the most part all of the staff was wonderful with the acceptation of one individual at check in. I was unaware that check in was happening at another location and when I mentioned I received no communication about it I was rudely told "we called you and the line was busy". I had no voicemails/text/ emails missed. The showers had previous guest hair in the bottom of the tub (both bathrooms), other than that it was fine.

The drawback was on arrival we could not find where to check in, finally found a note on the door of the clubhouse, that was closed for renovations, that told us where to go three miles back from where we came from to check in. (Had we been told we could have stoped there) Then the check in was a bit of a procedure that included being pressed to attend a time share meeting. We had to continue to decline that for a bit and they didn’t bother us anymore about that after that. All in all we had a great time and the price was great for the suit we got.

The bed was comfortable. Parking was limited. Cobwebs in the ceiling and floor. Wads of hair in the bathroom. Roach on the wall. Saw a mouse scurry under the stove. Heard him eating the coffee grounds all three nights. Along with the mouse droppings on the kitchen towels and under the cabinets. Bathroom door handle fell off could not open from outside. There were lightbulbs out. Comforter between sheets and bedspread needed washed. It had something crusty on it and fresh bloodstains. Stairwell and walkways to the condo door needed lots of leaves blown away, cobwebs everywhere, bird droppings, spider nesting eggs. We hate to leave a bad report, the place does have a lot of potential. Just needs kept up. Sad to say, we will not stay there again, hopefully this did some good.

Booking.com and The Lodges At Table Rock Lake failed to notify us of a leak due to a storm causing our accomodations to be unliveable. We checked in at 3:00pm only to be told this information. They had our contact info but didn't notify us until 3:00 arrival and Booking.com notified me by email at 3:39pm. We were hotel homeless TWICE! We made reservations at Westgate Branson which they got right but messed up again at The Legacy At Thousand Oaks, making our reservation when they were fully booked with no vacancies. We've not received one apology from anyone and will not be using Booking.com again. September 2024 we were hotel homeless in Myrtle Beach SC because Booking.com didn't notify the hotel to make our reservations. We didn't get to stay at The Lodges At Table Rock Lake.

The view was great! I didn't like the fact that when we first arrived that the door handle fell off in my son's hand when he opened the door. Then two of the faucets were coming off. One of the upstairs bedrooms the lamps didn't work. The second night we were there the other bedroom upstairs the air stopped working. The dishwasher drained back up in the sink. We called twice to get it taken care of but no one would answer. Then the day before we had to check out they tried to check us out a day early ( was not happy about that).

Large rooms with comfy furniture and beds. Nice location near the pool and near Silver Dollar City. I requested a ground floor room and didn’t get that but instead was on the 3rd floor. Also stair well was dirty and full of bird poop! Somehow on the last night our battery in the door handle was removed and we got locked out trying to pack. It took the maintenance person 30 minutes to show up and didn’t have a key. Then I suggested to use another battery and that worked. This was very frustrating and also felt unsafe that someone possibly was trying to break in at night.

When we arrived there was a 10ft section of carpet wet. Called, not sure if anyone came by. Stayed wet the whole 4 days. The check in was a complete nightmare because no info was exchanged and we had no clue of our room number or code. It was a scavenger hunt for check in. We werent alone in this scavenger hunt. Several people were looking as well. It needs to be changed. Otherwise we enjoued our stay. The people who finally did help us were freat and understood our frustration because they share the same frustration with not receiving our info so they could send us what we needed.

AC problem so moved to sister site called Stormy Point Village. Check in/out very quick and easy. Clean room, friendly staff. Ice machine didn't work but otherwise a great place to stay!! Would definitely go back!!
