Not much The first room we got was next to a prostitute/drug sellers room, cars were in and out several times while we checked out the room which was disturbing, when we got to our original room the stairway had no lights which made it very dangerous at night, a skunk lived in the hallway stairway, when we said something about the lights and skunk nothing was done about it, the amount of spiders everywhere was horrible mostly outside, the breakfast was a joke, when leaving we had to ring a door bell and someone answered via door bell rather then being there in person. If I was to say Ghetto this would of been the definition, had I known and we could of found somewhere when we got there (later in the night) and seen all this I would of rather found a 1 star place to stay at, we asked for our money back but we were denied even after everything. I have never stayed at such a place like this.

The price was very appealing. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The replacement room smelled of something else(urine?). There were apparently homeless people everywhere. The police showed up (three cars) in the 40 minutes we were there. There was an apparently homeless man provoking on woman into a fight on the premises. It was crazy.

When booking I saw the first thing about the place was the pool. Got there “no pool “closed till further notice sign says. Ask them about it said it was previous owners photo and that they had nothing to do with that. it was the web sites issue. I stayed long enough to find out that there’s was no pool maybe an hour and left. I wanted a refund. They refused. No where did it say pool closed on the app in Hotel.com. You should remove them from the listing or update it to No pool period. Rooms are not that clean pretty dingy and poorly lit

Close to grocery store, fast food, coffee shops, Highway, bowling alley and much more. Currently the pool is being upgraded and Spas are being up graded. The restaurant and bar are under construction because it’s a new management.

The room which we stayed at the motel had a strong oder possibly the smell of "skunk." We checked the pool area and it was completely empty and the hot tub was green. I understand that the motel is under new management and I hope they are able to fix the place up.

Room was large and had a desk and a table. It did not really feel clean - maybe because it was old. What the huge issue was the family directly above us started making noise and stomping on the floor and someone was screaming at the top of their lungs and woke us up at 6:30 am on a Saturday - I finally called the front desk but it went on for at least another half hours. She was so loud, I can't believe no one else heard her. The lobby was dumpy so didn't even go to breakfast.

Kind personnel, large green area. Breakfast is too basic though.

At check in we discovered new owners having taken over a month previous to our arrival. When inquiring about the pool - closed over the past 6 month due to renovations. The building it was housed in looked like it was falling in on itself. The gym? Also closed. The bar/restaurant advertised on their listing? Also closed and relocated closer to town, according to the receptionist. So we felt it was false advertising and we would’ve never chosen this location. But it only got worse when we arrived to our room. The building was falling apart. The ice machines were unplugged & pulled away from the walls. Once we stepped into our room, the floor felt spongy as if the carpet was holding us up and there was no subfloor. Walked over to the bed and a tiny bug was hopping on the covers. I pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs and was hoping that was just the one lone bug. Didn’t see anything else, thank heavens. The room smelled musty. The bathroom had black hair on the floor. Due to our circumstances & late check in, we had to simply endure. We checked out by 8am. The breakfast offered in the reception room was cereal, fruit, toast milk & juice. By far, the worst hotel we have been in, hands down.

I liked how the staff actually clean like hotel housekeepers, so many of the other low cost places to stay are absolutely disgusting I miss having swimming pool facilities

I had stayed here dozens of times over the past 10 years. But it is under new ownership effective July 2026 and NOT AT ALL the place you stayed in previously. Find a new place to stay. : (

Passed on breakfast due the the state of the room. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there All of the windows were open when I got there. The furniture in the room was sort of thrown together. The pillows were very flat and the bed was okay as far as comfort. The bathroom was not very clean and I had a hard time getting some of the windows to lock.

This is a very tired motel. The sign says grand opening, but apparently their grand opening is sometime in the future! Tattered carpets, old drapery, no landscaping to speak of, the lounge area was filled with boxes. The check-in area needed a massive update. Breakfast seemed to have been an afterthought. I have to say that the bed was clean and very comfortable. That being said, unless major renovation is done we wouldn’t consider staying there again.
