The meals in the evening were very nice from the meal, but not a lot of choice. Entertainment was a bit poor. Could do with some young blood in the team and some more material.

Very spacious static lodge, bigger than expected. Plenty of room for our family of 4 … we thought it could easily fit 6. Very clean and modern. Perfect base. Good value out of season. Nothing with regards the property. The walk up from the beach is a little steep.

Location was fantastic, lots of on site activities for all ages and easy access to the beach. The room layout is great for familiarity children’s space one side of the bathroom and parents the other side. Mini fridge was an excellent addition also. Healthier options at breakfast would be welcomed. More items in onsite shop would also be good. Outdoor table football table needs repair.

Great location, right near the beach. Had a lovely time, hotel was great, room was lovely and big and clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft for us.

Really great location & facilities. Shame about the entertainment’Martin’ multiple complaints on the same night from other families & made my daughter cry by embarrassing her

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the security person who helped us check in out of hours was very helpful The bar nor the restaurant was open at all during our stay.

The chalets were very well equipped, warm and comfortable with a very pleasant outlook and extremely well positioned and setup for surfing on Croyde Beach (only 150m walk through the sand dunes) Off season, the restaurant is not open and the swimming pool complex is only open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
