We loved our stay.

So good To lay down in a clean and nice bed

Ask about the speakeasy! It was great.

Lovely property

Pay for Parking?? That was outrageous! Nothing in the room to eat or drink that you weren’t charged for. I can walk to the lobby to get something and not have all those goodies in my face that were so expensive. Glad we could wear the robes for free. Good grief

As other reviewers mentioned, the hotel layout is very different! Thankfully, we read the reviews enough to expect this and our check in person gave detailed directions on where to go & how to use the different sets of elevators. We also knew to expect the charges for valet & the resort fee. Everyone was helpful to us. We would return.

Parking fees are ridiculous.

Beautiful property, helpful staff, great town

The hotel is clean and modern Their marketing pieces and staff say there is shuttle transportation to and from Main Street but when we tried to use it, we waited for 30 minutes but the app they told us to use never confirmed our ride so we just started walking back. They had some technical issues with their room management software so they said they weren’t sure what rooms had been cleaned and what rooms hadn’t but we ended up getting a clean room and checked in not too long after official check in time.

The room smelled fresh and was spacious. The staff had impeccable manners. We were easily able to walk to restaurants and to hikes on the ski hill.

The property and the rooms were great. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also a fun surprise that kids could earn a prize by dialing *11 from the room phone to listen to a story and then go back to the check-in desk to answer questions about it.
-
Great location and the rooms were huge compared to other hotels.
-
The property was very clean nice and the staff was very courteous. Great Gym! I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn't .
-
The deluxe rooms are nice, the regular rooms more basic. Pretty dark as there is not lot of sunlight.

We loved our stay at the Alpenrock and would absolutely come to stay here again. Our room was very clean and so spacious. The aesthetic of the hotel was very stylish and it was very well maintained. I also really enjoyed the events that the hotel ran every day - during our stay, we had a day with seasonal drinks, one with a cocktail class, one with a hot chocolate bar, and one which was the managers reception with cheese and wine. It was a lovely little schedule to enjoy and honestly not something I come across often. It made our stay feel like a proper holiday so thank you! We were skiing during our stay so loved the convenient access to the Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts, as well as the ski valet service. We also enjoyed breakfast at Edwin (amazing French toast!) and a great burger at The Carter. Really cannot fault this place! Thank you so much.
