The condo itself was very clean and nice. However there was no AC, which the site said it had and the pool was under construction.
-
The pool is closed for the summer and the Internet was not strong or connected to streaming services available on the tvs.

Furniture and unit were dated. King size bed could've been more comfortable, and pillows were not comfortable.

The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't help us. There were several amenities that were helpful such as the kitchen being stocked with seasonings, pots, and pans, and enough laundry detergent to do 2 loads of laundry. However, the downsides included a toilet that didn't flush properly, towels the size of a wash cloth, and just a general need to update the overall appearance. Overall, our stay was good and the staff was friendly & helpful with directions and info about the town, but for the price, I had hoped for a bit more.

The room was apparently privately owned which I only discovered a week prior. One lady at the desk was helpful otherwise they did not have any interest in our concerns. Floors were being redone so we had several hours that we could not get to the room. 1. Screen not on door 2. None of the remotes worked the tv. 3. Windows would not stay open 4. Murphy bed very uncomfortable. 5. One glass and 2 coffee mugs in cabinet. 6. Parking garage very dangerous out the in and in the out during repairs and nobody there to guide the traffic. The lodge itself has seen better days what a total disappointment

It was stifling hot. They had not aired the room before our arrival. So bad we had to change rooms and even the new room was hot. The original room did not have separate beds in the second bedroom as per our booking. The maintenance man was very courteous and helpful.

great experience overall and close to everything!

Cozy place, great location, and staff was awesome.

The location is fantastic, but… we were given incorrect information by Expedia that directed to wrong location for check in. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No WiFi password. TVs barely worked, constant buffering and freezing. Skylight does not latch shut. We should not have to spend our time chasing down the management company to solve problems.

Our room was great for what we needed. It was very convenient, located in the middle of town. The fireplace was really nice. The room needed some updating and work. It seemed a bit rundown and well used. The kitchen was nice.

Nothing Room was next to the lobby entrance. No AC so you have to have the windows open. Noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. Room was trashed when we checked in. We had the room booked for two nights and I booked a new room at a different hotel at 4 am the first night. It was a horrible experience. We stayed are second night at the Marriott residence which was wonderful.

It was an easy check in. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect also.
-
The place was great! The only disappointment was the the pool was a little too cold for swimming but the hot tubs were great!

This review is on the stay not this specific room. Vacasa texted me the day before we were leaving and canceled this accommodation. They gave me two options to stay at or I could cancel. We had flights/rental cars etc planned. They didn’t give complete information about the replacement locations. We selected one and it ended up being over a liquor store. Not the same as this location. Later when I tried communicating with Vacasa they were not helpful. Beware that if you’re booking this location that Vacasa may pull this with you.

Easy check in. Polite desk staff. Perfect walkable location downtown. Secure garage parking. Clean room. Apartment was shabby. All surfaces worn. Not updated. Upstairs shower floor stained. Steep stairs to bedroom.
-
I actual studio room was fine - outdated and not super clean - did not provide much - very tiny shampoo- conditioner - not much else - the location was nice and close to main st downtown right on little creek/river - the AC unit worked just like a fan - no cool air - but we had another fan as well and we were able to open windows at night - so was bearable

Great location for visiting Breckenridge shopping area and summer hiking and winter skiing.
