Beautiful location surrounded by beautiful mountains. Hotel decorated nicely. Room very comfortable with wonderful view. Restaurant was very nice. A bit of a drive from downtown but well worth it Check in was a frustration. Several parties were still waiting for their rooms to be ready well after the 4pm check in time.

I liked that they honored the free breakfast Expedia told me I was getting. I got vouchers for delicious breakfast. I liked the free shuttle to town. I loved the views from our room and from the restaurant.

Beautiful and convenient location, real lodge feel, and right in the mountains. The complimentary shuttle made us carefree.

I chose this particular hotel based on hot tubs, being that I was mostly going to be at hotel during our short stay. They were cold and turned off (no signage indicating they were shut off)... front desk didn't offer real explanation. Third shift of customer service was much more helpful and knowledgeable. View and deck are stunning. Shuttle service helpful.

Our room was a little piece of heaven. We were able to open the windows and experience the fresh air. I wish we could have stayed a week.
