Mrs. Deniz and the team on the reception was very helpful . They have answered all the questions and helped. The location was very good to navigate through the city.

The main person in charge of the reception was friendly, fast and helpful. It was clean. One Window didn't have a handle and wouldn't open (and it was a hot summer night). The second person working at the reception was rude. The reception / lounge was loud, shady people around, shady neighborhood.

Clean room and was quiet despite being a full hostel. The location is very practical but the whole central station neighborhood is sketchy.

a&o Bremen Hauptbahnhof is one of the bestest and affordable accommodations that I have come across. Whenever I visit Bremen, this is my go to place for a night stay.

Charging point wasn't working but they fixed it immediately. But a great value for money. Washroom was a bit smelly but it could be due to roommates as I stayed only for a day.
