Free water bottle fill ups. Close location to old town without being in old town. Close to train station. One young man at bar and restaurant very meticulous and helpful. Large car park around the corner. Very loud on the street side. Couldn’t kip windows due to noise. Rooms very warm. Think hotels will need to have fans in rooms due to warming temperatures. Staff a little hesitant to approach.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the old town and all the important sights. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. With one exception, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our arrival, the receptionist was disinterested and very unhelpful. I had anticipated that I might be able to park my car onsite. Unfortunately, all spaces were full, so the receptionist gave me the name of another, nearby car park, BUT she made absolutely no effort to give me directions. Fortunately, I was able to locate it with my in-car satnav, but no thanks her! Also, we are a couple in our late 70s; the receptionist did not bother to offer help with our, quite extensive luggage. Fortunately, we did not see that young woman again - perhaps she had been fired - all other staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was very enjoyable. First encounters with any business can make or break a customer's experience. That young woman needed to be reminded that it is the hotel guests who pay her wages!!!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. ( and provided a kettle when asked) Room was comfortable , super bathroom too. Breakfast buffet excellent, and location is great. Parking is super secure, in underground carpark belonging to hotel.

By far one of my best stays ever ! everything far exceeded my expectations, Hotel location was excellent right in city centre with lake park, restaurants & shopping streets at walking distance. Staff was most friendly and forthcoming, breakfast was sumptuous with an amazing variety, room was spacious with a comparable bed & pillows, a large bathroom with a Tub and shower area. I enjoyed the fitness centre and sauna although morning timing should be added ! Hotel lobby had a cigar lounge artfully decorated with a library and amply heated :) Over all, I'd recommend Achat Hotel to anyone visiting Bremen :) Nothing

The space in the room was incredible, the gym was well equipped, and the beds were very soft The only thing I struggled with (and this is personal preference) was wanting a firmer pillow. Otherwise it was great.
