Spacious family room, close to supermarket and bakeries. Parking space in front of the hotel. Value for money.

the staff told me that the key would be left in a safe. there was no key upon my arrival. I had to find a new hotel for a night. it was inconvenient and made me upset after a long travel to the location misinformation. I was told that everything is taken care of and no need to worry about my late arrival. I was expecting to get the key from safe. however, it was difficult to find safe and the safe was empty!

Nice bed. Separate bedroom. Lovely reception personal. The room was not bedded for 4 persons as booked. Neither the next room we got. Stressful with kids. Small towels.

I had a very spacious room (superior room), with a wide bathroomo too! Everything perfect, to be picky, I would have liked to find a kettle in the room with a small selection of teas and maybe coffee. Nothing to mention

The room was big and very clean. It had everything you may need. It looked like a little apartment. The staff was also friendly. It is a bit far from the city center but there is a tram station 2 minutes away.

Clean and functional and lots of space. Felt a bit basic. Didn’t feel hip or cosy.

Nice big clean room. Little bit outdated but no problem. For a 3 star hotel it was just fine.

Nice location and accessible. Lift was very small and not very accessible friendly for wheel chair users. No other concerns though
