The hotel and rooms need upgrading, very dated! Mattress is very sunken!

The location is excellent, close to all public transport needed. The hotel is sound proof, so although it is next to the Hauptbanhof, there was no noice at all.

Located close to the main railway station; this is a former Inter-City hotel. Room furnished as a business hotel. Very quiet. Nothing. Good deal on the room; did not pay or have breakfast

I haf a very enjoyable stay. everything was perfect.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The sales material says that there is coffee in the room but there is not. However, the staff was helpful and permitted us to go downstairs to the cafe when we wanted coffee during the morning.

Great location with tram stop right outside & very friendly staff. Very thin walls so could hear the next door & no coffee facilities.

Very convenient to the central station，super close to the city center. Everything was fine with the room and the reception service was friendly and nice. Staying near the central station is convenient, however the area itself is not very safe at night. Would recommend not hanging outside so late especially if one is alone.

I like the staff specifically Vicky because he was extremely helpful! He helped me find a gym which was located in close proximity to the hotel, It was wonderful gym called McFit and I could work out and feel good so I could be FRESH in the morning, Furthermore, Vicky made a few recommendations and helped us find a very good German restaurant. We had a train SNAFU and we were pressed for time to make the train and Vicky helped me with the train APP, Vicky was always professional and genuine in his demeanor towards us. In respects to the Continental breakfast in the morning it was delicious and the staff who assist with breakfast are pleasant and helpful. The location adjacent the main train station is VERY convenient. In fact, I stayed there twice in one week! I wish it had a gym

The front desk man in the afternoon his name is Wycky he was very professional and helpful. He is a genuine man who really cares about the hotel guests. Wycky, Indian gentleman, was very patient and helped my Mother and I with finding restaurants and locating the fitness center McFit. Nothing that comes to mind.

I just needed a clean bed for a short overnight stay. But the hotel can offer much more, which I didn't experience. no comments, I left early in the morning with a small breakfast to go set.

Close to train station The hotel said it had AC but it was basically a fan. The worst part was the drug activity going on outside. We were awake ALL NIGHT LONG listening to screaming, crying and yelling. I was like a horror movie. We knew we'd hear trains, but we couldn't believe how bad the drug related activity was in the area. If I needed to stay near the train station again I would go elsewhere.

Location. Hotel staff were nice and very helpful during our stay. Especially Ahmed at the bar. He gave lots of great tips on eateries. Even though at train station, sound from outside was not an issue. Hand and shampoo bottles not filled and Door would not lock but the staff was on it and fixed quickly. Restaurant was not open but we enjoyed our time at the bar.

Well, the position of the hotel is both its advantage and its disadvantage, as the area around the train station is very 'colourful', in terms of who's wandering around - be careful there especially at night. There is a lot of police in the area, but it seemed a little overwhelmed to me. I travelled to Bremen 19 years ago for my work, and I can say that it didn't change in a good way, even if there is plenty to see in town.
