I have got room on the floor which is under renovation, there is no floor in carpet area, I felt like I am in underconstruction area. I went with my relative, I felt very bad by getting this treatment. Got room on floor which is under renovation, price is too high for that . I need reimbursement for this. I was on other vacation untill now, didnt get chance to write this to you

We arrived very late at the hotel. Our reservation was for a family room, but something went wrong in the booking. A very nice alternative was given. The staff was very friendly. For our late meal we asked for 4 glasses of ice for our Coca Cola, this was presented very nicely, they even thought about a slice of lemon. We had a lovely shower and a great night sleep. Thank you so much! Housekeeping banging at the door early in the morning.

The cleanliness and room layout. The window shutters that blocked out the noise and light It was next to a flyover but they have cleverly meant this doesn't impact your night's sleep just the view.

Loved everything! The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, the dinner options were also really good, and accommodating for vegetarians. The staff was helpful and polite. The communication should have been better. I had been messaging the property to confirm if a cot was included for my toddler in the room price, but I received no reply from them. Even though it was mentioned that a cot can be provided. When I entered the room, the cot was already there, which was nice. But when I checked-out, they told me that it would be separately charged. A bit of a surprise there, because the communication wasn't clear.

We were visiting family in Huchting so the location was great. The morning breakfast was as expected and delicious. We had a very nice corner room overlooking the garden and it was very quiet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Parking at times could be a challenge. Especially if the hotel is full, or they have a wedding or business event going on. You’ll have to park in the neighborhood or a few blocks away, and then leave your car there for the next morning or wait until people leave to get a closer spot on the property. This is only if you have your own transportation, if you’re using a taxi or car service, this wouldn’t apply.

It was all very good, friendly helpfull staff, room and all the hotel felt like it was run and kept to very high standard, meals were very good.. Found the pillows on the bed were to soft and not enough support
