The location was absolutely amazing right on the old square. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room had style and was immaculately clean. Excellent value for money.

Perfect location. Very well managed hotel, very clean and with rooms well decorated. The staff was also very nice. The coffee at the shop is excellent. Would be good to have a proper coffee machine in the room, but this is a minor detail.

The breakfast was good, not great We prefer a buffet. There was a problem with the water- it would not get hot, very tepid is the best we could get. When we shared that information when we checked out they acknowledged a problem with the water temperature and they were trying to get it fixed. I don’t know when they knew this information. It would have been nice to receive a bit of a refund.

The hotel was excellent and the location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. The staff were all amazing, very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Senka and all her colleagues for their kindness and great support during my stay. They made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Location! Overlooking the town square was awesome!!! The receptionist was wonderful! The receptionist was fantastic but the rest of the staff (at the cafe) wasn’t very friendly. The room was nice but there were what looked like makeup stains on the bathroom wall by the mirror.
