Old women is very arrogant and have no respect for customers. Everything is very dirty and stinky. The bathroom is full with mold and spider webs, toilet was yellow from piss. Horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this "Hotel".

Not clean, the smell of cigarette smoke soaked everywhere, specially into the bed linens, bad bathroom conditions

No even a kettle to boil water , Dirty towels place wasn’t clean for out entire four days stay. Overall Not happy .

Hallo I would like to address an issue regarding my stay at your hotel today. I booked a room for myself and brought my boyfriend as a guest. I made it clear at the reception that he would not be staying overnight. While I was in the room with him, a staff member (old lady) knocked on the door and attempted to open my bathroom door without my permission. I informed her that my boyfriend was inside and naked, yet she disregarded my request and continued trying to open the door. I want to emphasize that it is legal in Germany to have guests in a hotel room, and no one has the right to enter a hotel room without permission. I hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future. Thank you for your attention.

Actually, i was so disappointed from this facility. The rooms were not beautiful as shown in the photos. The rooms were so small, the cleanliness was poor.

I made a mistake with the reservation, booked 2 rooms for a different date, made cancellation for 1 room fully paid and asked for a refund for the second room to be fear deal one mount earlier, but no understanding from the hotel. The hotel is not as it is in the pictures I was there and booked another hotel for the night.
