A bit outdated hotel and I think they are a bit stingy with all the little things - no coffee in the room, no soap to wash at poolshower (need to bring your own), refrigerator disconnected in the room. Nothing of the usual hotelstuff in bathroom.

Close to station. Nice bar

i like it was close to the main train station I have stayed in numerous hotels both across Germany and internationally, and I have never experienced such appalling treatment. I booked and paid for a Classic Double Room, but upon arrival, I was downgraded to a completely different room. When I went to reception to complain and showed them my booking, the staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room did not work at all. When I pushed for an explanation, they simply claimed they were "fully booked"—which makes no sense given that I had already reserved and paid for my room in advance. They promised to change my room the next day, but the next morning’s staff was even more hostile and uncooperative. The communication and behavior from the reception staff went far beyond poor customer service; it was explicitly discriminatory and racially motivated. As a paying guest, to be treated with such blatant bias and disrespect is entirely unacceptable. What is even worse is the hotel’s response to my formal complaint. The General Manager wrote back offering a string of excuses: claiming they actually gave me the correct room, claiming their engineers said the non-functional AC was "technically fine," and claiming he "found no evidence" of discrimination after simply talking to his own staff. They will not take accountability, they will try to invalidate your experience, and they will not honor what you pay for. I strongly advise travelers—especially travelers of color—to avoid this property. I have blacklisted this hotel brand entirely.

Best Western Hotel zur Post is conveniently located across the street from Bremen's train station and just 400 meters from the town's bus station where you can catch a FlixBus to Amsterdam or Berlin. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but they are clean and have updated bathrooms. A decent breakfast is served every morning in a dedicated dining room. The only negative for me was the spotty Wi-Fi, which faded in and out in the room I stayed in.

Wifi range was poor in my room

The Location is great. It’s across the main Station in Bremen. They have excellent breakfast buffet. The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They always make sure that your needs are attended. The soundproofing. You can clearly hear people talking and it’s quiet loud because it echoes in the inner courtyard. You can also hear if someone is in the lobby. They also have few Rooms with double Beds

No WiFi signal at the room Very noise through windows

Not very friendly staff. Nice location, clean room, comfortabel bed, nice breakfast. At breakfast time, we had to wait 45 minutes to eat. The breakfast schedule was poorly managed. The restaurant staff only spoke German and were not friendly to guests.
-
The hotel is very close to the central station. The room is a good size and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. None

The breakfast was very good. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is in front of the train station. We had to pay 4 euros for 1 bad robe, the robe was very old and used. Luckily it was clean. In the swimming pool lessons were given, so you could not swim freely. It was mentioned nowhere, but still you could not enter the pool, what is difficult to explain to a child who is looking forward to go and swim ‘now’.

A beautiful and full of character hotel. Very centrally located near the train station and a short walk away to the inner city. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was great and beds are very comfortable. Room did not seem to be soundproof, and noise could be overheard.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. The room and especially the bathroom smelled bad, the plumbing is outdated.

The staff were amazing, the location is perfect fast check in... good gym

Location was perfect right across the street from the main train station. The building was clean and well kept. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness facilities. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a small living area where you can eat and watch TV. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. There’s only two things I can say I didn’t like. One, I didn’t realize the mini-fridge in our room was off upon arrival. So the food I placed inside was warm and no longer good the next day. And two, would just be getting around inside the hotel is a little confusing. We had trouble finding the indoor pool, but finally understood the right way to get there after the first day.

Nothing much to like, I only see flaws everywhere. Ahhh the breakfast is good.... Where shall i start? 4 star= surely not...more of old 3 star hotel that have gym and sauna facilities that is also open to outside clients. Cleanliness = again not clean....the radiator where they hang the very old towels is so dirty....was so hesitant to use the towel after seeing how dusty that radiator is. Room = cold, with tobacco smell and just old.... bed is also old. The cleaning have to be requested with an iPad....something that is so undone if you're a proud 4 stars....met another gentleman that was so upset at the reception due to this issue. Will surely not recommend, sorry.
