The price for a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) is affordable It was quite dissappointing. Their lift broke down and apparently has been broken down for over 3 weeks (the same time as we booked the hotel) but they never mentioned anything until the evening of our arrival, the front desk told us that the lift broke. What makes it worst was that our room was on the top floor, we had to climbed 4 floors with luggages! We went in to the room and the room floor was just dirty. I tried calling the hotel with my phone but got no answer for about 10 minutes. I decided to go downstair to ask for housekeeping but they don’t have one. So, I had to climb back and forth to the 4th floor for a broom and on top of that, I had to clean my own room! After 6 hours driving, this isn’t something that we would expect. So thank you.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. We were three adults and one 15-year-old. The room had one double bed and one sofa bed, which was not suitable or spacious enough to accommodate two people comfortably.
