The look and feel of hotel is modern and edgy , the bakery is fabulous, the rooms are a good size . Upon arrival, my friend's port was frozen, hindering her from receiving a key. In summary, the wrong key was provided for a room that was already occupied. A staff member blamed my friend for the mistake, and this was handled in a manner that was both unprofessional and insufficient. Previously, my friend had commended and recommended the hotel, but she has now decisively stated that she would neither revisit nor support the hotel. This is regrettable, as this incident tainted the start of our stay.

Great location. Close to the central city. Near restaurants and food markets. Great bakery in the hotel. The place has a great vibe. We have stayed here many times. We will stay there again next year when in Bremen. Staff is friendly and speaks English because my German is very bad. There is a beautiful walk along the river very close by. Nothing

The staff was very helpful and courteous When we requested to have a microwave in our room they were so polite and professional and offered us a different room with a microwave with no additional charge. There is nothing to dislike about the property it was nice the bathroom was so clean and the room is clean and comfortable

Very clean and new, bed was excellent. The parking nearby costs 6e a day which was ok. It was also very quiet during my stay. Vegan breakfast from the cafe in lobby was shit (maybe it's a germany thing), but the sandwich they sold was good.

Modern, exceptionally clean, nice rooms and finishing touches. Very friendly staff. It was all amazing and exceeded my expectations. Great hotel for a reasonable price, have stayed at hotels for double the price that haven't been as good. Nothing. It was great.
