Staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pool was a bit on the small side but clean. The breakfast area was roomy and well-stocked. There was a wide variety of food. The parking garage was convenient but best suited to compact cars. The rooms were clean.

Really elderly property badly in need of a refresh. Staff were delightful and helpful.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were terrific! The hotel as a whole is a bit old, but kept up well. It’s convenient to the ferry, the USS Joy, and a couple coffee shops and restaurants. Felt safe in the neighborhood and there was little traffic to deal with. Pool was small and weight room seemed small, but we did t use it, so it may have been ok. All in all, ok for a quick stop over.

Our bathroom didn't appear to be clean. The tub and the walls in the bathroom were dirty.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. The pool was out of service the whole week. The hotel was chosen initially because it had a pool. room looked out at a busy, noisy apartment parking lot. I had to park at a parking garage because there was no parking in the hotel parking.

The person working on Friday 31st over night was not professional and does not care about customer. My wife, son and I arrived on Friday 31st around 08 PM, the person was not in the front desk, I went to the table where he sitting and discussed with someone! Asking help to find luggage trolleys, he did not want to help. I asked to do registration in order to go to the different floors level to find one of them, it seems he was not happy! He gave me the keys with one night access instead of two nights! I think the person need some training to teach him how to talk to the people and stay in front desk instead talking to his friends and becoming unhappy when customers enter to the hotel! Saturday evening two other people and I were waiting him over 5 min !

Our room smelled like pee and was pretty cramped. We booked it for the pool and the pool was closed. A lot of the surrounding buildings were boarded up and the traffic noise was loud in our room. The rooms were fairly clean but dated.

location was great The room was not clean as I had hoped as there were some stains in the shower that were unappealing. The parking was not ideal as I had to park offsite

Naval suites by Fairbridge. First off, this is not a Navy Suite. I thought I was reserving a Navy Lodging when I made the reservation. My bad for not doing more research. The motel is aged Some upgrades are evident, flooring being the most prevalent. Initial reactions were good. Large rooms, looked clean. The first thing you notice is the lighted TV cabinet. The only way I found to turn it off was to unplug it. I suppose if you were doing pole dancing all evening this lighting would allow an audience to watch, but to bright to sleep. The chair at the small table is horribly dirty. That made me wonder how dirty rest of the room is. The floor needs a good mopping. I wiped up a spill and was surprised at how dirty it was. The beds are comfortable. The shower was nice. The AC had an error on the display when we arrived. I unplugging it and it resolved that problem. 3 outlets in the whole room. One was for the TV and stripper pole light, the others on the far wall, none close to the nightstands. I'm surprised code allows this. It does have a dorm fridge, microwave and coffee pot to make some of the worst coffee imaginable. However to be fair, most motel coffees are horrible. We had one hand towel, it would be nice to have a spare. It did have a nice basket of soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc in the bathroom
