The room was fine. The staff was good. The breakfast was good. The only thing is the $25 early check-in fee.

Older hotel with some upgrades. Quiet. Convenient location for our stay. Breakfast had many options. Nice bay views off very small balcony. Doors to room and balcony need to be updated.

Exceptional

View Breakfast limited. Staff assigned said no refills when it was still 7:30am. Breakfast area not pleasant with less food items to choose from.

Disappointing

Looked like a pretty good breakfast but we didn’t eat. I didn’t like the fact that I paid for deluxe King Dan room and then they put me in a double queen telling me it was an upgrade, but I didn’t want an upgrade. I wanted my deluxe king that I paid for and on top of that the room wasn’t clean.

A little confusion on the third party billing with Expedia. Hotel double charged us for the room. We had to call the next morning to get a refund on the hotel charges.

Location was convenient and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was really good as well.

Good selection at the continental breakfast, staff were friendly, room was clean! Good location; bus stop close by and a reasonable cab/uber ride to the ferry terminal/other locations. And nice view from my window! N/A

Friendly and helpful staff. Newer shower heads. Small fridge with freezer. Nice breakfast. Sewage smell outside my water view balcony (which I paid for but couldn't enjoy). Mold in the shower (no excuse, bleach in a spray bottle is cheap and easy).

Room was filthy and smelled like piss. The grossest place ever and we would have just left but checked in at nearly midnight. Staff couldn't even tell us where to park. Possibly on drugs

This hotel was so bad, looked nothing like the pictures. Looked like transitional housing, with unsavory people hanging out. I was led down a long dimly lit hallway that smelled like urine. Took one look at the room and did not check in. I felt unsafe at this property.

We enjoyed the bay view. Friendly staff. Clean room. The included breakfast looked better than most hotels, although we arrived toward the end and all of the hot food was gone. Given there was an art festival near town at the time, the price was better than other hotels in the area. Our next door neighbors were loud on their balcony both mornings (with a small dog). They left their barking dog alone while they went out (seemed like hours) and it took a couple of complaints to finally remedy the situation. The iron balcony dividers are not private. We requested a top floor room during the initial booking process and that request was not granted. We ended up with a first floor room listening to the upstairs visitors walking around both mornings. Shower hot/cold knobs are opposite American standard.

The things I liked: Big room Nice staff They originally put me in the wrong room but fixed it immediately The breakfast was better than I imagined. The had bacon, eggs, sausage and more. Definitely impressed. Location was awesome View was worth it Lots of seats in our suite Allergy free room (no down used) What i didnt like: Very small singular trash can in room Bad drainage on all sinks Terrible shower Small shampoo/conditioner Terrible toilet paper Bed was huge but uncomfortable and weirdly lumpy. Sliding door didnt have a sheer curtain. You either had your window open to the world or the room was dark.

I loved being on the water. Hallways were smelly. Needs to be updated.

Big room with nice comfortable bed. Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location off the highway. Nice view.
