Location, pleasant staff and delicious food A tad pricey but totally worth it
-
a bit pricy but it worth the comfort

Was very nice. The staff was very helpful and kind to us.

Bar staff was friendly and food good. Room was clean and in close proximity of West Highland Way. My room had a loose/broken door handle on door next to sliding glass door(patio door , which made it difficult for the door to completely catch and lock, which made it a safety issue (personal safety for solo female traveler and/or inability to secure valuables), when I brought this to the attention of the check in person at the front desk, the front desk person condescendingly/rudely told me we are fully booked what do you want me to do about it. No maintenance check was offered.

Price is high for the small room which has basic amenities. Missing complimentary bottles of water. Hikers can definitely skip Bridge of Orchy.

Our room was so peaceful with a lovely view of the river. Very comfortable beds. Great stay all around after a long day of walking.

Our stay was so pleasant. The annex rooms have a terrific feel and view. Restaurant food was ok. Staff absolutely lovely. Great first day heading deeper into highlands. Building smells a bit stale, meals were just ok.

The staff saved my nut! These are just incredible from there.

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Great restaurant. The room was somewhat cramped, especially the bathroom.

The location is really beautiful. We had such a nice dinner and breakfast as well.

The location and the room. Breakfast was amazing. Sometimes the staff seemed cranky. It’s very expensive and sometimes the food at dinner was just okay.

I had a wonderful breakfast there. The food and staff were exceptional. I have nothing critical to offer.

Everything from reception to all Your team. Great location Nothing all fabulous

Beautiful property on the west highland walk. The old hotel is utterly charming with a nice restaurant and pub. The food was good. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well done w lots of choice. Our “small double” had a full-sized mattress not a queen. And it wasn’t entirely comfortable to sleep on. I recommend upgrading to a slightly larger room. All in all, we got what we reserved so not a huge complaint.

Only had a late dinner reservation available and service was sluggish.

The service of the staff was very good. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with great views and well stocked. The fact that you offer right at reception an hour for dinning, and take away lunch was phenomenal. Dinner was fantastic and the Venison Burger is delicious. The knowledge of Whisky from your bar tenders and staff is great. Thank you for making the end of my very wet day comfortable and enjoyable.
