Never came to clean the room and bring fresh towels. Free breakfast was the worst I ever seen.

I had booked a non-smoking room for two with two beds. I was not happy to receive one king bed for my friend and I. The staff said it was all they had, and said that it was the booking they received. However, I had my receipt for the two bed booking. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was an extra charge for city taxes.

We didn't have time to make the waffles, but they looked good. The website stated there were coffee makers, we stopped to buy coffee grounds so we would have coffee to go- there is no coffee maker!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Plenty of parking.

The check-in clerk was helpful and very pleasant. The shower surround was new and clean! The Mountaineer Grille is very nearby and was a good option for a late dinner after checking in. The mattress was soft. The area outside wasn’t real appealing but I felt safe. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9, so i missed it since I wasn’t back from my walk til 9:15.

The property was run down, the concrete walks were very cracked and sluffing iff the top layer in places. There was no elevator so dragging luggage upstairs proved very difficult if you have physical issues. The room was very tight but clean. Tiny refrig and no coffee pot in room. There was a microwave. The bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around . Tub faucet was very loose and the handles were on backwards. The breakfast was a joke! Only waffles, oatmeal, bad tasting juice, granola bars and coffee. No fruit or protein as advertised. The only positive comment is the beds were OK and there was free parking. WILL NOT be back!

Rooms with 2 vehicles taking spaces for rooms with 1 vehicle especially when i had a elderly parent with me ... Had to park 5 spaces away from room
