MainStay Suites St Louis Airport

It smelled very strongly or cleaning products when you first walk in and not in a good way. Our room had a sticky floor, stained bed spreads, and the pull out bed had stains on the mattress. We also went down to the front desk to get the items to make up the pull out bed as there were none in the room and they gave us a top sheet and a fitted sheet and that's it. No blanket or pillows. Breakfast was okay, nothing to brag about. Overall I would give it a 3/10.

Clean. room had fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top. Breakfast was only fair, only utensils were the cheapest plastic made. All sanitizer dispensers were empty. It’s really tricky to find the entrance if coming from the east. Even though there was a couch on one wall and the beds across from it, the tv didn’t swivel.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. There was no shampoo in the bathroom upon arrival. There was a used towel still hanging behind the door and trash in the trashcan under the sink. When I went down to ask for 4 clean towels (since there was 4 of us) and shampoo I was informed they were short on towels. Getting to the place was a bit of a pain because if you missed that instant turn off the highway there was no back way to get there you had to do it over again.

The staff was friendly, and the location to the airport and the city of Bridgeton was convenient. They offer military discount, but once booked, they cannot modify to offer the military discount. First time I've heard of that. Very disappointing. Breakfast was very average, with no variety from day-to-day. Once a particular item (i.e., yogurt, eggs, coffee, etc.) ran out, it wasn't replenished. Carpet and sofa in room was dirty.

Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. AC is a bit weak. Easy to find and access to the highway was convenient. I’d come back for sure.

Nothing It smelled bad and the rooms were smelly and the sheets were dirty. They also charged me more than what I had booked for.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great value. Front desk very nice.

Great place to stay with or without family. Everything is so great. My family and I had great time together in mainstay during our trip to Saint Louis Missouri.
