Car park Pillows were like concrete, definitely not Premier Inn standards. The host Nick was poor, I have more get up and go in my little toe.

Fantastic location lovely staff and great beer

Extremely helpful staff. Easy to walk from on a quiet road up into town. Close proximity to the cable car. Lovely riverside walks on the same level on both sides of the bridge. The cold tap in the bathroom could not be turned off.

Basic and clean, with the odd quirkiness of an old building making it different and unique. Virtually next to the river bridge with Percy's cafe over the road. Very good location, lovely staff at the ground floor bar where we checked in, and were shown round. Happy with stay. There's nothing we didn't like.

Location Room was not clean cobwebs dust everywhere no heating on ! So we were supplied with a small electric heater bed was uncomfortable the bar was not open so unable to use facilities. This was not stated at the time of booking so that was very disappointing

Good location, nice old pub. The pizzas we ordered were excellent. Shame you cannot get breakfast at the pub. Although, there is a nice place which is opposite the pub, it did not open until 10am on the Sunday morning which is a bit late. Also, we ordered Pizza from the bar and when we enquired where it was after 45 minutes, we were told that there had been a backlog of take out orders down in the kitchen. Our pizzas arrived shortly afterwards. I cannot believe that pizza were cooked for external orders in preference to paying patrons who were sitting in the bar spending money on drinks. The bar was not packed at all. The other point is it is unfortunate that there is not parking at the pub but we did know that in advance and the nearest car park was not too far away.

That it was right by river When booking,it didn't say you were up in the eaves, very narrow staircase, very narrow steps on stairs that you couldn't get feet on only sideways, and had to bend over could not stand up straight to get up stairs and not a proper full sized door to room, was way smaller, had to bend over to go through, room was no better, could only stand up straight in middle bit, very old and tired furniture, cupboard doors off, paint coming off others, did ask manager if any other rooms available, he said no you saw what it was like in picture, I said it didn't describe trouble getting up to it being so low and narrow,he said nothing I can do,so total waste of time, would not recommend at all

Friendly staff at check in No towels in the room and no one around to deal with them as hotel not manned at night / in the morning Room had perilously low ceilings / dangerous. Being able to hear the couple shagging in the room below us.

The location The room was cold, it was a snowy evening in Bridgnorth. I suspect the room might not have been occupied for a couple of days, the C.H. was on but not 100% effective. Availability of second duvet would have solved the issue.

So convenient for event in Bridgnorth Room 5 is not suitable for anyone over 5 feet tall. No shower. Bed sank in the middle. Poor value for money - particularly considering friend in the next room (4) paid £10 more and had twice the space and headroom.

Perfect situation for staying in Bridgnorth, lovely & quiet, our room had a view of the river. Nick was very helpful.
