Big lobby and good beds. Very small area for breakfast. Not sitting just place to grab food. Pancake machine broke for a whole day. People at the front desk weren't friendly. They treated me like a coworker not a guest.

No room available when we arrived to check in at 3:15pm. Had to wait about 1/2 hour for a room to be cleaned, which took so long I was late leaving for an important call time for a show I was performing in. When got to room neither key card worked. No cups in room for bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were in the wrong places (hand soap in shower, conditioner near sink).

I like the location. Shower head was attached by duct tape Water pressure was horrible Room wasn’t clean Constantly had to ask for towels Staff was friendly Bed was very hard

Fire alarm went off at 5 am. EVeryone evacuated. The breakfast was good. Only one towel in the room and no bathmat. Had to go downstairs and ask for them. More and better towels.

Breakfast was pretty empty when we came on the first morning and it was slow to replenish. Pancake maker was out of service and that was a disappointment. Second morning was better

AC worked great. A towel hook in the bathroom and a small shelf over the sink were falling off the wall. When my daughter tried to put the towel hook back a bug crawled out of the hole. The room kind of smelled like a locker room. Almost asked for a different room. Way too much water pressure in the shower. It was like getting sandblasted. The covers barely covered the top of the mattress. It's like they were full size for a queen size bed.

Property nice tee had issue with came in early reservation did not stay they worked out that we stayed in lobby till 6 then came back after breakfast to check in Did not like they never had enough towels needed 5 a day never could get them they never had enough clean

Everything was very clean and lovely, this was a great place to stay. My only issue is that a lot of things were broken: ice maker, guest laundry room, hallway bathroom fixtures. One broken thing is fine but several at once speaks to an underlying issue.

I was booked for a king bed but was put into a double bed. There was also a fire alarm at 4am in the morning. Lastly there was no wash cloths in our room.
