Breakfast was ok but not impressed

Very good

The hotel was clean staff was friendly. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the pool was not as clean water looked dirty and not clear.the fitness room did not have a good amount of weights.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. For breakfast they had the usual eggs, sausage, waffles juice and coffee. We didn’t use them but there was a pool and fitness area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Had everything we needed for the night.

Lousy paint job in the sink area. At breakfast, with an hour left to go there was no food out, no milk no eggs no sausage no waffle mix left. Several people tried kindly to speak to the person who was there running breakfast and she either didn’t speak English or ignored them. So they ended up needing to tap her on the shoulder and she still didn’t really acknowledge them. Brought out eggs in a bucket. A bucket that resembles my puke bucket at home. No coffee cups for the coffee in the lobby. The shower doesn’t work like a normal shower. Had to pull up the lever and THEN turn it on to get it to work. Leaked the whole time from the tub spout.

Horrible experience. Don’t stay here. Messed up my rooms and charged me an extra room and got wrong room. Horrible horrible. Dirty rooms

Room was better than expected, property well maintained. Breakfast was ok -- regular coffee was not working, yet had 2 personal coffee in the room - which was fine. Pool was good, although smaller than we hoped -- I call it a bonus either way. I'd go back to the place.

The price and ease of check in were definitely pluses, along with the size of the room. We used the pool both at night and in the morning - small but very serviceable. We liked that there was a coffee station 24/7, though it was hard to tell which was decaf and which was regular. The breakfast was very barebones, even for a continental breakfast. Our toilet ran all night. There were people in the room next to us who were speaking very loudly until 5 a.m. - not the hotel’s fault, but it kept us up. The room was a tiny bit run down, especially the bathroom, but for the price it wasn’t too bad.

Unfortunately our initial room smelled of urine most likely in the carpet. The front desk immediately offered a different room that was clean and comfortable. Once the issue is addressed with a thorough cleaning, we will give this hotel high marks in all categories!

Ok stay needs some updates

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay here two nights, Clean and great location to very nice restaurants and stores. My 7 year old left her favorite plow and I called days later and they had it and was able to mail it back to us super helpful!

Very nice grounds area, helpful staff

Staff was amazing. The pool was too dirty to swim in which was disappointing. We booked this hotel to use the pool. There was water damage on the ceiling and wall in our room. Since the hotel didn’t seem at capacity, I would recommend giving guests a different room. Breakfast was great!
