TV didn't work.

Kitchen was gross. Bathroom caulking looked like a five year old did the work. Area was horrible. I feel like it was a switch and bate. Stay away!!! 😭

I didn't like anything about it because I didn't get to see past the front desk. The whole experience was horrible. I didn't even get to a room to see what they look like. First of all, I inform you guys that I was driving in and that would require me to check in late. My request was granted. When I got to the hotel at 6:45 p.m. I was told that the hotel was over booked and they didn't have a room for me. It took me 45 minutes to get someone one the phone from booking.com. He tried helping to locate another hotel that could accommodate me. He was able to locate one, but the stay for 3 nights was $100 over my budget. He went to see if they would accept what I was able to pay, but unfortunately when he tried to get back on the line with me, the call got dropped. I ended up booking the room at the Comfort Inn in Waukesha, which was the location he said had a room for me. But as I said, it end up costing me $100 more, even though I booked it through book.com. Am I able to get some refund on this booking since I was told by the customer service rep, that the total booking would cost me $307/including tax? I paid over $400 for those 3 nights. Also, I do have the entire conversation on recording as my proof.

The kitchen stove is very old and rusted, there were what looked like rat droppins in cabinets, towels had little hairs on them

Room was not cleaned well. Staff was not available during “working hours” both mornings of our stay. At 11:30pm someone tried to get into our room, couldn’t, and had a member of staff come up with them to open the door as we were in there. Would not stay again.

Bed was pushed up against air conditioner. Air blew directly on my back. Had to crawl out the bottom of the bed, or over my partner to use the bathroom. When I inquired about coffee, I was told there was a McDonald's at the bottom of the hill.

No closed captions on the tv. I’m hearing impaired and begged multiple time to have it repaired. The Federal Government is going to get a complaint and they could be subject to a 75000 fine plus my damages. Believe me they will remember me before I’m done with that dump

The check in process was fine, and the room looked nice at first glance. The furniture was comfortable, nice kitchen space and cabinets, etc. This morning, we noticed stains on the bath towels. We went to the front desk 3 times during there posted office hours, and they had the gate up and no one working so we were unable to get new towels. We were disappointed in the service. When we went to check out an hour later, the gate was still closed and no one to be seen around or behind the desk. We left our keys in the key drop off bowl, and left and will not be returning in the future.

The room / bed was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning very effective. This was an extremely simple room and basic value proposition, and in that way my expectations were met. The reviews warned me about cleanliness, and sure enough, it doesn't met the standard. The sink and toilet bowl were both dirty--basic cleanliness that I expect. The shower curtain was barely long enough and the shower head was weak. Though there was a kitchenette, including hotplates and full refrigerator, there wasn't a single plate, bowl, utensil, cooking tool, pot/pan, etc. Just completely bare, which makes no sense. I was lucky that when I checked in at 9 p.m. they still had a room--they said that the online services had overbooked them. Fortunately my reservation wasn't affected. I only went with this hotel because it was much cheaper than other properties, and I saw that it had a weak rating, so I wasn't surprised.

Room carpet was wet. No dishes for kitchen. Hotel was dirty. Bugs in the room. Hotel not well maintained.

This place is disgusting!! We tried to ck in early only to be told our room was being cleaned so we had to wait. So we came back after work to ck in only to find cat litter all over the floor in the bathroom and crushed up chips and God knows what else all over the rest of the floor in the room. There was also a dead band-aid with blood on it stuck to our blanket. At this point we went down to see if we could just get a refund and the lady at the desk said there was nothing she could do bc the management never responds to her. That all she could do was send a cleaning lady up. So we wait for that thinking maybe they will resolve the problem. Nope. We come back to the room after work again and as I go to take a shower I see that there is hair all along the walls of the shower and pubic hair all in the bottom. I tried to clean it myself but then the drain backed up so bad all there was was someone elese area hairs floating everywhere. I had to bathe myself in the sink. Clearly this facility does not get cleaned. Even when they sent someone back to clean it! The refrigerator was gross inside too. If you care about sanitation and your family's heath I'd book somewhere else. Also, you will be snubbed by the lady at the front desk for saying anything. I don't know how they even have the ratings they have. After I checked out I noticed I have an extra 105.00 charge for some reason on my card that was not authorized. So now I get to fight with them over that as well. Horrible.

I called to let them know I was arriving late. The parson I spoke said no problem. When I arrived they said my reservation was no show status. I booked for 2 nights and when I arrived they state it was for one night even do I show them my itinerary and receipt. Front desk was not helpful at all. I lost 2 nights even do I called in advance.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Upon check in at 11pm on the double room I reserved @10am the same day was not clean. I was told that the best they could do was give us a room with a King bed. I agreed, however this would leave one person sleeping on the couch. When checking in I was also made aware that I would be required to pay a $70 “deposit” in addition to the cost of the room that was already paid. I was told this would be returned when we checked out. It’s now 7am the next day and still has not been refunded. When I called the next day to figure out why the deposit wasn’t returned the front desk tried to refund me less than what I had paid. Once I got into the elevator there was a horrible smell of weed and stains everywhere in the hallways. Once we entered the room, I immediately noticed the dead bolt lock to the room was not operational. The room was dirty, garbage in the shower with used soap. I also found hair all over the shower and a dirty towel on the barroom door. The room floors were not swept. At this point myself and my 16 year old step daughter left and checked out.
