Convenient and quiet at night. Beds were comfortable

This hotel was horrible left and went somewhere else. The smell was unbearable very dirty pictures were definitely AI generated

Hotel had a smell that was offensive, carpets stained, had shirt black hairs on my bed, and had to always flush twice just to get a little bit of TP down. The young lady that checked me in was very friendly.

The hallway and entrance had a horrible smell (musty, moldy) and was rundown and unclean. Regarding amenities, the pool was closed down when we were there. There was a note on a room in our hallway saying it was an "exercise room" in which a key needed to be obtained from the office. It felt strange. We've stayed here twice, but not again unless significant improvements are made.

The property is dates but location is great and the front desk was very nice and helpful

the lady at the front desk was nice pool was closed, which was not advertised on booking.com, which is fine but the room we received was dirty. crumbs on the floor, white stain on the comforter. spoke with the front desk just to ask for new sheets, but only one staff member was there but she graciously offered us a different room. the floor was also VERY uneven and could be a tripping hazard to some. went to our new room which was better, but still very outdated. unknown splatters of what looked like blood on the bathroom door, paint peeling, overall felt dirty just standing in the room. my boyfriend is not one who typically checks the sheets for bed bugs, but the bed was inspected last night.

Room was old and musty smelling. We did not stay.

The hallway carpets are disgusting and the hallways stink bad. Cleaner hallways.

Cleaner hallways.

Horrible, we ended up not staying after being talked into staying by the front desk. Once we almost got robbed by people living there. She had no problem letting us leave with no cancellation fee
-
Shower did not work at all. Stains all over the bedding, chairs, floor. Shower and ceiling very dirty.

Pool was closed indefinitely and front desk told me it was out there on 3rd party so I was surprised as my kids were looking forward to swimming. The rooms need updates and there are many things that need repairs. Even had to ask for milk at breakfast. This place needs a major overhaul.

The front desk lady was excellent, unfortunately the hotel itself needs a major renovation. The water park has been shut down since January 2026 and we were never told about the closure. The pictures on Expedia show an open water park.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it was incredibly hard to open and close the door. The older air conditioner in the wall was quite loud, but thankfully it was a cool evening, and we could open the window. The pool was a popular "plus" for the property, with several guests enjoying the huge (and fastest slide my husband says he's ever been on!). One problem that will need to be addressed pretty soon, is the metal circular staircase leading to the top of the slide. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would encourage the staff to keep up the good work .

It listed having an aquatic center, but it's been closed for over 7 months. There was no notice of this online, being that it is one of the main amenities of this location there should be some discount or compensation for that.

Only booked this room for the pool and lazy river…..which we didn’t find out until we got there was closed and literally emptied. The rooms here are not worth it. They all smell musty and are very outdated.
