Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square

Staff was very friendly. The room was so clean and well maintained. The bathroom was so nice, spacious and modern. We got a parking spot right outside no issues at all plenty of parking available. Breakfast was very good and large variety of options.

The hotel was nicely maintained. The breakfast is nice and the staffs are very helpful. We will stay at this place if we are in town.

Having stayed at this hotel several times, I can see it is clean, well run, with a helpful and polite staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the setting is quiet. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I am in the area

Raises all around, Marriott! My only concern at all had to do with moisture in my room. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom and when AC is running frequently (it had to while I was there as it was HOT out), I think it causes the room to feel damp over time. Towels took longer to dry. The carpet in the room at times felt a bit damp. That’s a building issue and not a people or service issue. Will definitely stay when I come back to visit again and will recommend to others!

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, great location! Minor stuff - Could use an update for the pillows to be softer and the lobby music was little loud when trying to work from that area, but really excellent experience. Will stay again!

I received two receipts for the same night Aug 6 -Aug 7 in two separate locations and I tried going through Expedia to tell them I’ll be checking in on Aug 14 - Aug 15 and I could only be in one spot at a time and I paid $12.44 for travel protection plan and should have been able to correct this problem I mean isn’t that what the protection plan is for? Expedia told me it’s up to the hotel to decide what to do and someone would contact me shortly, so I barely slept last night and it’s been more than 13 hours and I haven’t heard from anyone! I’ve been staying at Fairfield Broomall location for years without any issues and I’m still not booked for my trip on Aug 14-Aug 15 and I honestly can’t believe I was charged twice for separate locations on the same night! This is not fair and I don’t know what to do? It’s fraud that’s what it is!!

It was so nice that I wished I could've stayed another night or two! The price. While I'm sure it's 'worth it', it's hard to justify staying more than one night when the nightly cost is outside or family's budget. ?

The staff was welcoming from the time my sister and I checked in. Our flight arrived early, and check in isn’t till 4 pm. We got to the hotel before 3 pm that afternoon, but the gentleman at the front desk still checked us in. I forgot his name. He mentioned he has a pilot friend who frequents Guam, when I mentioned that my sister and I were from American Samoa— a US territory south of Hawaii. I really admired the location of the hotel, plopped up on a hill that oversees the traffic in that area. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to his part of Philadelphia, and would definitely stay here again.

Our quick date night getaway was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the place was in great condition and cleaned.

Excellent customer service at the front desk

The staff was very accommodating. My husband was recovering from back surgery and needed handicap accessible bathroom. The room I booked was not suitable. They upgraded us to a king suite that was completely handicapped accessible and at the same rate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again .

Breakfast options weren’t great.

Everything about the hotel was great! The beds were comfortable, air conditioning was quiet and cold, staff was friendly and helpful.
