Ashley at the front desk was amazing, helpful, and kind! The rest of the staff was just as accommodating. Free breakfast was delicious and had so many different options! My favorite was the warm cinnamon rolls. My room was spacious and clean! Great amount of storage, drawers, hooks etc. The bed was so comfy. Loved the Mountain View’s. I travel a lot for work so I will definitely be staying at another holiday inn express! 10/10!

The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at and I am super, super picky with hotels. Staff was phenomenal as well! I would definitely book here again if I visit this part of Colorado again!

My husband and I have been making this hotel our base for family visits for years. Unfortunately, there has been a notable decline in the upkeep of the property and amenities very recently and the facility seems short staffed. The breakfast offerings have changed for the worse and are frequently depleted by 8:30. I hope that this is a temporary setback.

It was quiet The pool was unusable as it was freezing and dirty. The hottub was out of order. I feel like that should be posted on the website when booking as that is one of the main things I look for in a hotel. The room didn't have enough shampoo/body wash and there wasn't a pillow available anywhere in the hotel for the sofa bed. I typically have great luck with Holiday Inns; however, this one was not worth the price we paid.
