Clean location, under remolding, staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast want as good as I had experienced at other locations and I was disappointed that they advertised room service even has the QR code in the room but it wasn't actually offered.

Exceptional

Conveniently located, friendly staff, fair price. The place felt a bit like its glory days were behind us, in many shades of beige. During our stay, it predominantly seemed to serve as a blue collar place to stay. Nothing wrong with blue collar (I am one myself), but don't expect any opulence .

Clean rooms & friendly front desk staff

I liked how comfortable the beds were. I loved the balcony in our second room! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating; needed a higher toilet & more accessibility. Mom said the front desk clerk had misquoted the rate. She also provided the incorrect times for complimentary breakfast. Also a man came out of the kitchen to warn us that he’d be packing up breakfast over a half an hour prior to the end of breakfast.

Having free and easy to access WiFI was a great feature of the stay. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean and had many amenities that made our short stay very enjoyable. The beds were a bit high and challenging to get into from the floor for someone who is shorter. The refrigerator in my room has a very funny smell in it, so glad I did not have anything else other than beverages to store in the fridge during my stay.

It was an amazing experience while being cost effective. I left some items in the room when I check out. 30 minutes later I received a call from the staff asking was I returning to retrieve the items. Never have I had that happen. Great place, I would recommend

The hotel is outdated but it looks like there are repairs going on inside the hotel. I appreciated the free breakfast and the ladies at the desk were helpful and nice.

Sausage links were dried up. Ended up having bagel with butter and honey. Not the freshest one I’ve ever had. Second day I had waffles, very good. Like the water was very cold Thought it was supposed to be newly renovated. Wallpaper behind bed was peeling. Lots of dirt on wall behind toilet.

Quiet room, comfortable beds. Clean and the balcony was an added bonus. Hotel is in stages of renovation. Did not impact our stay at all.
