Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Brownsburg

The room was possibly the largest I have ever stayed in- so much space!! Also was very quiet for our entire stay- we never heard our neighbors and didn't have to struggle with hallway noise. Super comfy beds- although strangely one matttrss was firm and one was soft. Loved free unlimited access to cold bottled water- that is so helpful and a pleasant surprise! Lots of restaurants and grocery nearby and easy access to the interstate. The breakfast was ok- pretty no frills standard hotel continental.

I switched rooms 3 times due to an air conditioning issue & smell in the rooms. The Hilton properties are my go-to hotel but this was not up to par. The owner has to do better with keeping his property in good condition

Everything was great

Clean quiet hotel, friendly staff.

Close to the interstate and restaurants. Easy on and off. Breakfast was great. The best mattresses of our whole trip.

This hotel has recently been completely upgraded. With that said, just because they made upgrades doesn't mean that it's better. Breakfast was great every day. Their coffee bar was fully stocked 24/7 and really nice. The hotel is really clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are very nice and accommodating. They have a really nice parking lot. The room we had was the 2 Queens beds Studio room. The room has 2 queen beds and a very nice fold out couch (which we used). Lots of pillows and the blankets were nice, clean and soft. We had plenty of towels and the shower was very nice. Here are the NEGATIVES. 1. The fridge is very small. It is 18" tall. It will hold 4 cans and 2 sandwiches. Be careful or everything will freeze in it. Before the remodel they had fridges that were 3 feet tall and had multiple shelves and you had more flexibility and space to store items. 2. The toilet and shower are in a separate room. There is no where in that room to put any items you may have toiletry wise to use after your shower other than 4 hooks to hang your towels on (no shelves or rack). If you want to set your lotions/powders, under clothes, or anything you may need afterwards, you are out of luck. 3. The sink and counter are out in the open. EVERYONE can see you if you are at the sink. EVERYONE in the room can see you at the sink. ZERO privacy at the sink area. These changes would be fine if you are a single traveler, but as a family these changes became a challenge.

Room did smell kind of like a wet dog - going to assume because pets are allowed to stay there - but other than that - was a great place

Our sray was great. The only complaints were that the pool was cold and our bathroom faucet wasn't attached to the sink.

Breakfast menu was fresh. The lady who checked me in was phenomenal! Great attitude and a wonderful personality!
