Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort by IHG

The place was clean and well maintained. Ample room and comfortable as well. Having a kitchen and having it properly equipped was a big plus.

The resort was excellent. The accomidations were outstanding. I could not have asked for anything more. I booked through Bookings.com who somehow canceled our accomidations the day before our arrival. A total disaster at check in. A veteran woman, Angie I believe her names was, found us a wonder room at the resort which ended up just fine. I also thought the one ply paper towels and toilet paper were a little chincy for a resort. Business is business Inunderstand but the restaurant was only open 3 or 4 nights a week and not open for breakfast which we found disappointing for a "resort".

Laundry room in the building, get beds.

Lovely resort in a lovely place. Pool was closed for renovations, but restaurant nd bar was great with great food and drinks.

Nice property. A little dated. Pool is closed til 2028, that was disappointing. Sheets were clean but had burn holes like someone was smoking in bed. Hornets flying around balcony so couldn’t use it. Old air conditioners in every room that sound like a loud engine that keeps turning on and off when you are trying to sleep. Had one ac set to 67 but the thermostat on the other side of the room said 72. Tvs have no way to sign into streaming services like other hotels I have been to. Nice having a two bedroom with full kitchen and living room. Overall decent property with friendly staff.

It was clean an convenient

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo for one night as a stop over while traveling. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The staff made accommodations for my 85 year old mother with mobility issues. Very pleased! The price for one night was very reasonable as well.

Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay at this property. My first room had a wonderful balcony but smelled a little musty. The second stay was wonderful and the room had no issues (but no balcony).

The staff was friendly but some of the hotel showed signs of deferred maintenance.

Nice staff, fun activities

The room itself was terrific. It was spacious and quiet. The pools- both indoor and outdoor were closed. There are signs saying there will be new pools in 2008. The construction was not started yet, so I have no idea why they needed to be closed already. We still had to pay a $15/day resort fee even though we couldn’t use the pool.

need to be clearer on how many stairs involved, AC loud (hottest day of the year, so understandable to some degree), many places not fully AC. lots of pros though, would probably visit again. Further than we'd like from family attractions
