However, the sink in the bathroom was clogged (the water would eventually go down but it would take about 5 min) and the shower had a few too many mold trails. As for the staff, I dealt with a guy who gave me sarcasm and attitude (not sure about his name, but he had a buzz cut, and a New England Patriots tattoo on his forearm). I asked for an invoice receipt and he refused time and time again. The refusal wasn't the problem, it was the attitude he gave, completely uncouth and unprofessional.

There was a smell that made my head start to hurt after like 10 minutes, the mattress was soo firm hard to lay on, the cabinets were broken on the room we tried to stay at, didn’t even stay there tried checking out around 12am cause they said that guest checkout/checkin was available anytime, would now recommend

Everything at this location was horrible, sheets smelled bad, restroom wouldn’t flush and bed smelled The whole experience

Staff was great and helpful. The room was overall clean and nice. A few things, the bed was very wobbly, the bathroom door did not fully close or lock and the table in the room was wobbly was well. Not the biggest deals just thought it was weird but overall we enjoyed our stay.

One of the rooms that i paid for had a sleeper sofa instead of the second bed....it was not the same. There was no pillow ...sheets or covers for it and very uncomfortable...

You get what you pay for and When i walked in you could smell the sitting water in the air. But that wasn’t my big issue. We dropped our things off and went about our day as we were in from out of town. When we made it back the air wasn’t working, it had actually leaked over the entire floor. There was already towels under it when i arrived. Cabinets were missing. The stove didn’t work and neither did the vent fan in the restroom. It even smelled like cigarettes inside. I slept on top of my bed and. I could only sleep 3 hours comfortably before i packed me and my kids up and decided just to drive 5 hours home because we weren’t comfortable enough to sleep there. Very disappointed ,the staff was friendly but that was about it. This place is in terrible shape.

When I checked into the room, the sheets on the bed were all damp. They weren't dry completely. The floor was slippery., i told management, and they replaced the sheets with dry ones,

An old building in need of several maintenance issues. Very noisy, walls and flooring were thin, could hear all noises at 3:00 am, especially like moving furniture on the above floor. Bathroom exhaust vent very rusty, bath curtain rod loose, would not hold curtain to the side and the bathtub spout barely hanging onto wall. Would not recommend to anyone.

Air-conditioning went out at midnight couldn’t get it fixed, there was a hole in the bathroom door. Bed was like a rock. Outside the shower was very dirty. Upstairs people were arguing with each other for a hour at 3am, very unpleasant. Came in the morning and apparently it was parked next to my vehicle

The property is run down and old. There was a clean smell that was very strong, too overpowering to hide an out her smell. There was visible mold and rust. The beds were cots. I ended up checking out after 10min and taking the loss.

The location was superb This smells in the hallway is awful terrible, the upkeep of the property is horrible. Looks good on the picture until you arrive and it looks like a dump. Need fresh painting need updating horrible.

The plate was dirty and it smell. Everything was dirty even the faucet will you open the water?

Really pictures are needed to truly describe how bad this hotel is. From the outside it looks great. The inside is terrible. When I first opened the door to the room I was hit with a strong wet, musty odor, reminiscent of a dirty wet dog. Next when you enter the bathroom the sink was broke and fixed with caulking. The toilette wouldn’t flush. The bathtub looked like someone dedicated and tried to wash it down unsuccessfully. The air ducts were coated with dust and lint. NO WAY was this room fit to stay in.

None tried to help me. I am disappointed and lost $100. I had planned a night away for Monday night not even a busy night at that. I tried canceling since Saturday night. I had tried canceling but after Friday at a certain time it could not allow me. I was in a bad situation, I lost money, did not check in. God bless at least I did not lose my mother, she made it out of the hospital!! Thank the lord, you guys were stressing me out more tbh instead of maybe being a light in’s dark tunnel definitely made it worse. You should work on customer service especially for moments that are out of control

I never got my $75 refunded back to my accoint. I habe left emails and calls and no body calls me back
