The view was great, the birds entering our apartment during the morning, beach has good fish, aesthetic enough too be satisfying to watch, the sound outside was loud due to the highway, but crickets were mostly cleaning the sound pollution. The jacuzzi smelled like plastic, wasn’t as clean, no washing machine in an APARTMENT, staff didn’t explain how to get to the beach properly, breakfasts end quite early and don’t taste that well made, still good though

We did get a bit of road noise in our room, but nothing that kept us awake or anything.

The spa facilities are too basic

High class property with an amazing view to the Adriatic see, high defined rooms. Missing some intimate in the rooms. There is a window between the bathroom and the bedroom.

We’ve been traveling Europe the last 2 months staying at booking hotels every night. I’m not sure if they just opened for the season but it was one of our worst experiences. Many things in the room didn’t work, awful smell in the hallway, run down amenities/pool, curious staff. In general not a good experience.

Beautiful location, best view on the elaphati islands The breakfast was quite limited and there were no information sheets in the room about the facilities, extras (spa) or things to do around the area.

Interior design is beautiful - Prostoria furniture is really nice and cosy. Endless bedroom full of light with perfect bed overlooking the Adriatic sea. Beautiful view on Elafiti islands and nature around property. It feels like it is not properly maintained. Maybe Phase 2 of construction work never happened. Also, whole feeling during the stay was that it lacks experience in real tourism. Unfortunately, one time investment in bricks and mortar can’t be enough for successful tourism operation. It needs more warmth, trained staff, attention to details (eg. way that breakfast is prepared and served doesn’t meet the story presented on web site /local ingredients, connection with roots and history of Dubrovnik Republic is not really visible/).

Loved the fact that as well as being a hotel it had self catering facilities. Also loved that we had a private pool. Staff were very friendly & couldnt do enough for you. The accomadation was very clean the cleaners came & changed towels & bins everyday. Food was lovely bit pricey with a limited menu. Loved this little gem of a hotel just outside dubrovnik. However i would recommend hiring a car as it was about 45 mins from the airport 30 mins to inner cities. Would defo stay here again. Just few minor issues but nothing that we couldnt handle. We found our sea view restricted by bushes. The shower door didnt close properly so we had a leak on the floor everytime we showered. We had bizarre see through glass in the bathrooms - wasnt good if you were sharing a bedroom with your son. But like i said minor ?

Unique architecture, wonderful place to rejuvenate after several days on the islands before returning to Dubrovnic. Could be “five star” - needs some attention on a few things.

Amazing view over de sea and the islands from a very smart designed room with lots of wood and high quality materials. The architecture of the hotel is very ingenious, I love that. Nothing not to like

sea view Breakfast very monotonous, in particular the lack of any local dishes, the same every day. Location average, you have to drive a bit to get to a nicer beach. The downside is the location above the road leading to Dubrovnik, which unfortunately can be heard.
