Room was good, The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning was also great. The hotel was clean and well presented. the sink was unusual and the hair dryer didn't work however reception provided us with a spare so not an issue

Really clean, super nice room and great location The parking situation took me a while to get, but in the end it worked. There is a third-party parking lot 100 m away from the hotel

Everything except the beds The beds in it self ok but the dowers can not be heavy winter type in the summer !

The family room was spacious, very comfortable and had plenty of room to move around in.

The staff was extremly helpful! The location is great - just in 5 mins walk from the center of old city. Aircon! Close public parking with something like 12 euros daily fee. We really enjoyed the hotel and wonderful Bruge
